The condo was once again a great place to stay. The condo was very clean when we arrived and is comfortable. The ice maker and beverage fridge come in very handy. The facilities at Mar Vista are great, especially the lazy river. The access to the beach wa upgraded to Trek Decking so it is cooler to walk on and the lighting is wonderful for nighttime excursions. We enjoy staying at Mar Vista Grande and the North Myrtle Beach area in general. Sunkiss Mermaid by Simply Carolina is a joy to rent from.

Our family had a great time at the Mar Vista. We go there every year but this condo has been the nicest one we have stayed in. It was very clean (and smelled clean), the furniture was updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was perfect and we appreciated the personal welcome note on the kitchen bar. We would highly recommend staying at the Mar Vista. The location is perfect, close proximity to plenty of shopping, including several grocery stores, outlets, and Barefoot Landing. The amenities at the Mar Vista are second to none. The pools and hot tubs are very clean and well maintained, and the beach is not too crowded and very clean as well.

The listing doesn’t do the place justice. Absolutely beautiful. Love the building lit up at night. The unit had a nice hotel smell when you walked in that was dreamy. Gorgeous view. I mean you can’t get any better! Location was superb! The ice maker!! Love it so much it is on our list to visit and book again!!

We have stayed at Mar Vista Grande for the last four years and love the location, amenities and cleanliness of this property. We stay for a month so we have the opportunity to use all the amenities including the gym, the pools and the immediate beach access. 1511 Family Tides was an amazing condo to stay in. We eat in often so all the appliances worked well and we had everything we needed. All the beds were used and everyone said that they slept comfortable. The master bed is very firm which we like but if you like it softer I would recommend bringing a king sized topper. The bathrooms are spacious with plenty of room for getting ready. The porch area has the most comfortable furniture we have ever had. Some of us took naps on the couch! There is plenty of seating in the living room and the couch pulls out into a bed (which we did not use). A home run is the wet bar with a small beverage fridge and ice maker. We utilized this often and found it very convenient. Unfortunately, we found the couches not very comfortable. Of the four times we rented at MVG we have rented from Sunkiss Mermaid. They have been so pleasant in all our interactions. Any small, and they have all been small, issues they have been very quick to fix and when we have called for information they have always been very responsive. We really enjoyed our month in 1511 and were sad to leave. It was a very nice place to stay.

Great unit, great location.

We have been coming to North Myrtle for over 25 years and have stayed at a lot of different condos but this unit and Mar Vista was just perfect. Location can't be beat, we loved that the beach was not super overcrowded like some other high end properties with too many units. Building/pool was clean and felt safe coming and going. Unit 1511 was clean and accommodations were superb. Pictures reflected the unit and its clean updated appearance. The ice machine was loved by all for filling the multiple Stanley mugs and coolers for the beach. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable and the balcony was where everyone wanted to hang out in the evening. The trash shoot was a favorite with my older kids who enjoyed taking the trash out and hearing it fall down the shoot..LOL We had a few questions and one issue that happened during our stay in the parking garage when my son backed into a down pipe by accident and the host was very responsive and understanding. A+++ for a great host as well. We plan on returning next year as we may have finally found our home away from home in this unit.

We loved the view from the penthouse. Sitting on the deck was one of our favorite things to do while on vacation. Location, Location, Location...Also, we loved the ice maker, which came in handy for frozen drinks. Plenty of room for our group of 5.

Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The property managers were EXCELLENT. I will definitely be booking this next year for the annual trip. Clean and comfortable!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mar Vista Grande 1511. The 3 Bedrooms 3 bathrooms with a pull-out sofa is beautifully decorated and inviting. To start the day, you can watch the sunrise from the oceanfront balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. The heated pool and spa on the Ground floor were clean and we enjoyed being in the warm pool area during the cold days; the outside heated spa was very inviting as well; while we did not take any swims in the outside pools; the children enjoyed walking in the pool up to their knees. The Mar Vista is located to many of the Shows offered at Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. We made lots of sandcastles and sea turtles in the sand! Lots of fun! Highly recommended - 5 Stars! Wow, what a great place to stay. It had everything it was big enough for all of our family. We really enjoyed the view and the balcony is magical. I was worried because I’m afraid of heights that it was gonna be too high. it was not & there was always room in the pool. I have trouble walking getting around but it was very easy. We will be staying there again. Cannot wait to come back, the pictures do not do this place justice either everything was so clean and nice

We loved our family vacation at this oceanfront condo. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the view of the ocean and all of our family had a wonderful time at the pools and the beach. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great July 4th week! The Walker family

We just got back from a Wonderful stay at Mar Vista Grande! Everything was great, clean, great location well stocked and a great view of the ocean from the beautiful balcony. Could hear the ocean from the master bedroom. We did have something come up and Ric and Maryann were very understanding in handling it. We had a death in the family and had to ask if we could change our dates of stay. Emailed Ric and within hours he called back and changed dates for us. Thank you so much Ric!! We really needed the family time. When we come back to MB we hope to stay at your WONDERFUL place again. Thanks again Mike & Mary

We had the best time. Such a nice place!

This is our second time staying in 1511. We absolutely love the condo. The condo is updated, and beautifully decorated. You feel spoiled by staying there. We also love Mar Vista Grande. We are a family of 5 and love the beach in the off-season so having all the heated pools and hot tubs is a must. Renting from Sunkiss Mermaid is always so easy and they go over & beyond to help with everything. I have not one complaint of our stay but that it ended and we had to come home! We hope to be back soon to Family Tides!

We had an awesome time! Communication with owner is superb with very accurate descriptions. In addition, the owner made our entrance very personable, the condo was very spacious and clean. They also thought of all the extras. The views are impeccable! I will definitely book again. The neighborhood was very quiet. Thank you!

We just returned for a multi-day stay at this unit. It was beautifully decorated, spotless clean and as always the amenities at MVG were second to none. We look forward to our next visit.

Loved this condo! It was exactly as appeared in the pictures. Loved having the ice maker and fridge at the mini bar! Very clean and owners called to let us know when it was ready. Hope to be back next year!

We could not have asked for a better vacation! The condo is beautifully updated and so comfortable. The rooms are nice and big. The beds slept great! You can tell the owners of this condo care and stay there too. Its just all around nice and comfy. I have never been able to find such a nice condo with all the amenities with comfort too. The building is clean, updated and everyone was very nice. All the pools were clean and very well maintained. The deck over to the beach was kept clean. The building is well lit and secured also. One of the room keys wouldn't work and it was quickly & conveniently taken care of. It was all around an amazing time for our family and we hope to stay again!

We stayed at 1511 Mar Vista for a week and wish it could have been a MONTH!! The condo was everything promised and more!! We cannot wait until we get the chance to return!!

This property was perfect. We spent the entire week comfortably lounging on the balcony watching the ocean; with a view of the skyline, beach goers, and pelicans flying by. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent condominium well appointed, extremely clean with a great view in one of the best buildings in North Myrtle. The separate ice maker and Keurig were nice touches. Kitchen storage and master closet space ls limited, so plan appropriately. It is a little on the pricer side but we would definitely stay there again. We have stayed in many different complexes over the years and the Mar Vista is definitely one of the better facilities.

The location was spot on, the view was breathtaking and the condo was beautiful! The furnishings were top notch and coordinated nicely. Even the outdoor furniture exceeded our expectations. Our family had a great week and enjoyed all the amenities and didn't even turn the TVs on.

We really enjoyed this condo. The building and condo were very clean, safe, well-maintained, and accommodating. The furnishings and layout of the condo were great. Separate ice maker was a wonderful surprise. Loved the top floor views from the large balcony. Location was close to the airport and attractions. Hope to visit again next year!!

My family and I just returned from a week at this property. We had a great time and would definitely return. The property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It seems very simple but we loved the ice machine to fill the coolers! The beach was great too! Thanks for letting us stay and relax here!
