Great location, spacious accommodations, located on the beach overlooking the Gulf. Beautiful white sands, with a pool right next to the beach. Restaurants and taverns, within walking distance. Great place for families and children. Management team are great to work with ! This is our second time staying in this unit, and we'll be back !

The condo was and area was excellent. Access to the beach was easy and other ares around are very easy. Storage area for beach toys was a great plus. You don’t have to bring a lot for beach, they have chairs. The condo inside is beautiful and excellent maintained. Master bedroom is very roomy and has a beautiful view of ocean. Highly recommend if you are going to beach. Host was excellent if you needed anything and respond time was quick.

Great place to stay Any that came up they took care of

This was a very good place to stay. The Condo was nice, a little out of date, but had what we needed. The stay was enhanced by the response of Alex to out needs. We had a shower issue and the plumber was there same day. We had an electrical issue (minor) and the electrician was there same day. We needed some silverware and Alex stopped by with it same day. I pointed out that 1 side of the toaster was always on but the other side worked. That day he stopped by with a new toaster. He made our stay excellent just by his prompt attention to the things the condo needed. Also, I am not sure who the lady that keeps the outside grounds of the condo neat and tidy but she does a wonderful job. She is friendly and seems to love her job, she is always busy and is very good at her work. Another aspect of our stay that made it excellent. Harold Wayne and Janice Tessier

Sea Gate 306 was the perfect location for our group of 5 ladies having a relaxing long weekend at the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. A great asset was the downstairs storage closet filled with beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc was perfect for us so that we could save room in our vehicle and not have to bring those items. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas set up in front of the property that could be rented for $35 a day. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We are so grateful for this incredible vacation! It is every bit as beautiful and relaxing as it shows online. Actually much more beautiful in person. They did a wonderful job responding back to us quickly and answering our questions. We can’t wait to go back!

My family took a girls' trip the first week of August 2022 and stayed at SeaGate 306. There were 7 of us from 20 years old to 80 years old. It was the perfect place for all of us. So clean and updated. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. View can not be beat! The beach is one of the best on the gulf coast. We drove to Clearwater for dinner one night and then walked to dinner one night. Close to grocery store. Everything we needed! Owners were easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. I will save this as somewhere we definitely need to stay again.

Great place to stay. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were a nice size and even had a dressing area. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Will definitely return:)

Very peaceful and relaxing. Location was convenient to essential shops and the Unit itself was superb! Clean & well kept. Communication and instructions were easy & simple to follow. Hosts are responsive in a timely manner. Love the decor, view & space. Wonderful sunsets! We will be back! Thanks for extending your home.

Nice wide beach and pool area. Grills were handy and maintained regularly. Condo #306 had 2 single beds plus the 1 king and 2 queens. We thought we would use the pack-n-play for one of the toddlers but there were enough extra pillows that we used them as ‘bumpers’ on the single beds for our 2 toddlers. The beach supplies were perfect- foam noodles, sand toys, several beach chairs and a wagon. There are a couple restaurants in walking distance but most you need to drive. We spent most evenings on the balcony watching the sunset. A great family time!

Such a great condo right on the beach with amazing views. The complex is well maintained and the pool is well kept. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also updated and clean. We loved the outdoor balcony and watching the sunset as well as the afternoon thunderstorms roll in and out. Highly recommend!

The condo is located on the beach with just a short walk to the water. The condo was exceptionally clean and spacious with oversized closets. The balcony gave beautiful views of the beach and the sunsets. We would not hesitate to stay there again next time we are visiting the area.

306 Seagate is beautifully decorated, conveniently located and just what one needs for a great week at the beach. The views from the living room and master are gorgeous. The unit is clean and well equipped and Seagate is a lovely building. Enjoy!
