Great place, great time, love the cabin, been going 8 years now, will be back again soon!

We so enjoyed our stay at the 3 Bears Property! Can't say enough about how our family near and far all were able to share comfort, the local nature and town as well as relax with EVERYBODY having a place to have a welcoming bed to rest and enjoy the fresh Big Bear nights. The stars and nature were greatly enjoyed without even leaving the comforts of both upper and lower decks. Even the locals in the neighborhood as well as in town were so friendly and shared some places and things to do that were special. The house was so beautiful, the decor so nature inspired and cozy. We enjoyed the bbq bar and deck with all our family and made many memories and shared an amazing buffet of outdoor cooking in comfort. . We were so amazed we had days of sun and warmth as well as a send off with a dusting of snow. Such an awesome visit! THANK YOU TO ALL WHO MADE OUR VISIT SO AMAZING,,WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK AS WELL AS ALL OUR VISITORS WANT TO COME BACK AND BRING THEIR FRIENDS TO ALSO ENJOY THE HOUSE AND BIG BEAR. There are many events and things to do locally as well as cute free trolleys that can take you around the town and lake and all for free with pick up just a block away. We had an incredible time at your cabin in Big Bear! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with cozy charm and breathtaking views. The cabin and the driveway were covered by a blanket of soft, sparkly fresh fallen snow. Conveniently a snow shovel was left right in the front and my two boys had a blast shoveling snow for the very first time in their lives while my little girl enjoyed making a giant snowman. Under the pile of snow that was the bottom of our snowman, we found a sled. We walked inside and the cabin was left warm and inviting for us. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hot tub – it provided hours of relaxation and fun for the whole family. Watching the snowfall from the windows was an unforgettable experience. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring we had home made meals and everything we needed for a perfect getaway. And after a day of exploring the winter wonderland around us such Big Bear Zoo and nature parks and sledding hills, we slept like babies in the comfortable heated beds. We can't wait to return for another memorable stay!

What a great experience we had at three bears cabin .The rooms are very nice and spacious and we had a great time in big bear enjoying the snow as well as the house . Jim is very nice and I love how affordable this cabin is we go every winter . Very clean and spacious home plus a bonus is the master bedroom with the jacuzzi

Jim is a great host. He was attentive and quick to reply to my messages. Jim’s place is a great place for family gathering and perfect for weekend getaway. We will definitely come back.

It was a pleasure renting the property from Jim and Sherry. They were very attentive to responded quickly to any question. Looking forward to renting their unit again. Our only downside is not being able to take our fur kids, but not a deal breaker. Maybe in the near future that will change. All the best, Jesus

The open-plan living room and kitchen are perfect for entertaining, and the large windows offer spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Our family of 8 had a marvelous time including grandpa and little Mila. We had everything from ceramic plates, bowls and mugs to utensils, cooking pots and baking pans. The living room fireplace was a perfect spot to warm up after play in the snow.

The hosts were great, the cabin was spacious. Our family had a wonderful time. We definetely recommend it, and will book it again in the future Lahcen

Great time been going for 7 years nice awesome cabin to take your love ones

For my family 4th of July is not only fireworks and barbecues, but also my mom's birthday. This year we rented the cabin for a different a experience for her and my mom was loving every minute of it. It was a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. My kids enjoyed the jacuzzi, making smores all while enjoying the scenery, and my parents' 1st time at big bear they loved that the cabin, felt like home. Very pleased with our stay. It was nice to see a different view on the 4th of July going to the lake in minutes.

My family has stayed at this property multiple times. It's my go-to place to stay in Big Bear. The home is very spacious and clean. Jim & Sherry are very helpful & check in/out is so easy.

We really enjoyed our time at three Bears cabin. There was plenty a room for all of us to enjoy. There was two large dining room tables which worked out great for table games as well as nice places to eat dinner together. Having three bathrooms was a big plus for all our children and grandchildren. Two master bedrooms worked out great as well. It was a nice place to go walking without a ton of people. Close enough to town, without feeling too close. I would highly recommend three bears. The price was definitely right.

Wow! we had an amazing time at The Three Bears Cabin. This place is so spacious, clean, and very close to Big Bear Village for all your shopping and other activities. The owners are amazing people always willing to please the needs of their guests. My family and I made priceless memories with our grandchildren. I will definitely be back. Great location! They have some things to help you that way you don’t have to take your entire kitchen. enjoy theirs. also we took our 20 month old and he enjoyed it very much. Our stay was great. Over exceeded our expectations and will definitely be back

We were at the 3 bears cabin from the 3rd until the 7 . The house is perfect and spacious . We had 7 children my husband and I my sister in law and brother .My children enjoyed the big room upstairs they were able to be to sleep together in the room were there is 3 large beds and a flat screen TV set is also provided. They had fun in the room together without being scared if having to sleep away from one another . My husband and I resided in the master bedroom suite near the kids with a bathroom and a relaxing Jacuzzi. The house was nice and warm due to the heater . It was nice to come home from exploring big bear and being able to turn the heater on the house heats up so well. We enjoyed the grill outside and our children roasted Marshmellows . Our children enjoyed sight seeing around big bear and playing in the snow . A guide of what to do was provided by Jim and we enjoyed going to the zoo and the movie theater . My sister in law and brother enjoyed having there privacy in the other suite, nice n cozy and has it's own bathroom and shower. Thank you Jim and Sherry for being so kind to us and sending us a email of things to do in big bear. You guys go out of your way to help us feel welcomed . We will be seeing you next year .

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. This is the 4th time that me and my family stayed here. There's a big space for the whole family to enjoy. We love everything about this house. It is not far from the lake and everything and the neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and just beautiful. Mr. Jim responds to any questions right away and very accommodating. I recommend this place perfect for the whole family.

First of all whoever made the advertising for this property needs to be fired. It was sooo much better tan i expected. it is soo nice and quiet and i got so much work done. the internet was wonderful! we rented the cabin for a few nights, i wish i could have stayed longer. We invited a few friends to stay for the last night. Jim recommended a steakhouse and it was wonderful! My husband talked me into staying in the mountains, I'm glad he did. I'm looking forward to coming back asap!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. The home is clean & spacious! A nice jacuzzi to relax in after a day at the lake. Just a short drive away from Big Bear Lake but far enough that you are away from all the congestion on a busy weekend. Jim & Sherry are great! Helpful, informative emails with things to do & tips for a great stay. We have stayed in their cabins a few times & look forward to future trips here.

It was actually perfect for our big family. Great communal area on top floor for sleepover type atmosphere with 3 Queen size beds a great TV, bar area... then 3 addition private rooms!!! the weather was beautiful......... Great place!

For the price we paid I didn't expect such a nice, big place. The pictures on the site don't just how nice this place is. We will be back. This is now our regular place to stay in Big Bear.

We all loved staying at this place! I'd brought my family (6 people total) for a vacation, and it was a roomy space that made vacationing comfortable. We were able to utilize the kitchen for cooking every night (there are utensils, pots, pans, etc.) and on occasion even use the outdoor barbecue. The cabin is about 5 minutes from the local shopping centers (Vons, etc.) and also about 5 minutes away from the Big Bear Lake -- which made it a convenient stay. The 3 Bears neighborhood is quiet and peaceful as well! It truly became our home away from home for a few days. Would absolutely recommend and hoping to return soon!

It was the perfect place for my group, very clean. The neighborhood is very calm and there was always very good communication with the owners. I would definitely book again and recommend it.

Me and my family went to this property and it was amazing! Very clean and organized. The house feels like your at home, VERY comfortable. WE ALL had a great time and we will for sure recommend coming here and visiting. There is a park like 3 min away walking which is good for Kids to go have fun. 10 out of 10 for me.

We were looking for a place to stay near Big Bear and we were disappointed with the choices until we stumbled across 3 Bears. Jim was so helpful and friendly. When we got to the home, the kids took off in all directions to find their rooms. With a bedroom downstairs, two enclosed bedrooms upstairs and a great room with three queen beds, everyone was super excited. We snowboarded each day (only 5 minutes to the mountain) and when we were tired, everyone was excited to go back to the house. It is warm and inviting and very clean. With all of the amenities that you would have at home, we felt so comfortable and happy. We will definitely be back over and over and 3 Bears is definitely on our travel plans for the future. Had a GREAT STAY in 3 BEARS!. Sherry and Jim were amazing and great to work with.. Our family loved the time we spent in Big Bear and were even surprised with snow that was not in the forecast. The cabin is very spacious with a large loft and 3 additional bedrooms. The cabin sits about a 5 minute drive into downtown. Very convenient and local to everything that you want to do in Big Bear. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting Big Bear. Thank you again Sherry and Jim.

We had such a great time at this cabin. Jim and sherry were very kind and even emailed me a list of things to do in Big Bear. We rented the cabin for 2 nights it was me my husband our 7 children our 2 nieces and my brother . There was enough space for us all in the house. The cabin has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and has a relaxing nice spa. Beds are comfortable to sleep in ,kitchen is great to cook in . We had no issues with the cabin everything worked and it has such a homely feel to it . We enjoyed the patio the last night we were there taking in the beautiful stars and fresh mountain air. This place is located in a great area in the middle of everything it isn't a far drive to the store in case you need to grab something and it is close to the lake and other places to explore. I rate this cabin 5 stars only because i cant give it more if i can i would definitely rate it a 10. Everything was perfect .Thank you Jim and Sherry for being so helpful and renting this cabin to us .We had such a great time and cannot wait to return to big bear and rent this cabin again.

This was a really cozy 4 bedroom cabin. My family really enjoy it and the snow was a plus. The house was very inviting and easy to get to. I can honestly say I will be booking here in the future and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

This was a very big house cabin to rent, and was in a very good spot. Not far from the town center and stores also This place had great looking rooms and was perfect for my kids That are mid age. Fireplace perfect. HEATER, perfect. This place I stay there for my 30 anniversary was perfect . It snowed and look like a movie. This house look better Than any house onvthe block. Jim, helped me so much and gave me everything I needed to know and was the best host ever.

Thanks Jim for the opportunity to have a fantastic ski and snowboards day with the family. The cabin was just fantastic!!! We plan to spend more fabulous holidays here!

My family and myself absolutely loved this cabin. It was spacious enough for all of us but had a cozy cabin feel. It was stocked with everything we needed to feel at home and it was close enough to a country store to pick up little stuff and close enough to the village to do shopping and enjoy great restaurants. We are definitely renting this cabin next year.

January is just beautiful and lots to do. Cabin was clean and well supplied. High speed internet so kids were able to go to class and we were able to cook and bbq. Supplied flashlights! it’s pitch black at night. Good parking for our two vehicles. 5 min from the lake.

First off Jim and Sherry (owners) are top notch. They are very caring, considerate, and cooperative to make sure our stay went well. Stayed in constant communication with us. Early check in was a plus. Their place is a wonderful cabin. Lots of amenities. 2 Roku TV's were made available. Cooking utensils (pots and pans, spoons, spatula, measuring cups, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, silverware etc.) Beds are good, some are firm and 1 softer. 4 bedrooms worked well for the 5 of us who stayed. Love this cabin... Not the Ritz Carlton, but Comfy like a cabin should be. Jacuzzi is is fantastic. Cabin is close to town.
