Tucked back behind #5 Walnut Street (it's 'big sister' property), and only 150 feet from the beach, is this a lovely and quaint 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath beach house that accommodates 6-8 adults/children. Definitely a classic beach house inside and out with bright white walls and pastel colored beach furniture and decor that immediately signals you have arrived for a summer beach experience.
On the first floor you'll find a good-size comfy living/family room with queen futon, separate well-equipped kitchen, kitchen table with seating for 8.
Upstairs are four bedrooms - 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, and 1 bedroom with a twin bed, and another bedroom with two twin bunk beds; and a separate full bath with tub and shower.
Generous wrap-around porch with chairs and table provides a nice spot for morning coffee, afternoon iced tea, or a nice cold beer after a day at the beach. And speaking of the beach, you can walk there in 30 seconds! Parking for 2 moderate-sized cars. Plenty of fans in all bedrooms and living areas, no AC, but generally that's not a problem; and electric baseboard heat for those early or late season nights!
RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS: A 25% deposit is required at the time of your reservation. Balance is due and payable 30 days prior to your day of arrival.You may cancel your reservation at any time. To receive a full refund of monies paid you must cancel your reservation at least 14 days or more prior to your arrival date. Payment may be made by check, money order, or credit card. If making payment by check, make checks payable to PMSM and mail to PMSM, 2 Cascade Road, Suite 336, Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064. Please note payments by credit card will be charged a convenience fee of 3.25%.
BEDDING & BATH TOWELS: We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets.If you wish to order these please contact us at least one week prior to your arrival. Comforters, bed pillows, and extra blankets are included for each bed. You may order these when you place your reservation.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES: We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, bath soaps, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL: If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm on your day of arrival. We will coordinate with your arrival time and meet you at the property. Check-out time is 9:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
PARKING: This is parking for two moderate size vehicles in shared driveway. Limited on-street parking is available.
