Spacious, well appointed, clean, and updated beach front condo. Quiet location, with more amenities than you could imagine. Beautiful beaches, pool next to the beach, restaurants and taverns within walking distance, and less than a 10 minute drive to grocery stores. Great location, for families, and children !

We had a great time, the property is beautiful and very well stocked with all you can possibly need. Location is the best, the easy access to the beach is priceless. Alex was always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely come back shortly to enjoy those beautiful sunsets.

This was our third condo rental in Indian Shores and SeaGate unit 407 was by far the best rental. The unit is large and the layout is great and both the living room and the master bedroom have great views of the ocean. The condo has been renovated recently and feels new. Also, the entire building feels like it has been renovated recently. Parking is ample, the pool area is clean and new, and access to the beach is great. The condo is furnished well with nice bedding, towels, and everything that you would need in the kitchen. Alex was very responsive to our needs. Finally, the unit is in a great location, close to many nice restaurants. We would rent this unit again in a minute and we are already starting to make plans for next winter. Rob Utzschneider

We really enjoyed our stay at 407 SeaGate. Weather was wonderful and all the family had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and the views were perfect!! One suggestion is curtains or a vertical blind for the living room for when the afternoon sun comes beaming in. Out side of that we had no complaints at all!! Will plan to stay again!!

We brought 4 25-year old sons/girl friends for a family celebration. Condo was fabulous - bigger and better than the photos. It was very clean & well-stocked with anything you could need at the shore including beach chairs and towels. Leave your shampoo, hair dryer, etc. at home - all provided. Direct Gulf view provided great sunsets every night. Powdery white sand only a few steps from the great heated pool area. One of our best vacations yet!

Made the trip to Indian Shores to celebrate my 50th birthday! The condo was perfect and was exactly as stated in the description. Booking process was simple and Alex was great at answering our questions and reassuring us that our vacation would be perfect! Definitely would recommend

Our stay at the sand and sun is absolutely beautiful. We live in Florida and we needed a little getaway for a few days. It was a perfect spot on the beach beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The pool area was very inviting the water was refreshing. The condo had many upgrades including a bar area with a wine refrigerator. Three bedrooms decorated very beautiful with beach Decour. My husband and I always bring our own pillows but we found that the pillows on these beds or even better than ours. The mattresses were extremely comfortable It was like sleeping in her own bed at home. I would definitely give this condo a five star rating and I will be back to visit in a few months.
