The condo was updated and clean. It has an amazing ocean view, with a spacious balcony. There is a cute breakfast cafe within walking distance, and we were easily able to find an Uber into Clearwater for more dining options. Groceries were easy (Shipt delivered!), and we also ordered pizza from a nearby spot. Having the beach accessories down in the garage was super convenient. The hosts were on top of communication and great to work with. Can't wait to stay again!

This condo was updated with top notch items so you felt at home while on vacation. Everything you needed was there! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 408 Seagate. Communication was thorough from start to finish. Condo even provided beach towels and chairs which was a huge perk when traveling long distance with limited space. Highly recommend!

Condo unit was clean and everything seemed to be very new. Stunning views of sunsets and very easy and close access to the beach. The added benefit of garage storage for all your beach items was great, no need to haul everything back up to your condo! Would definitely stay here again.

My family spent the Christmas holiday week at 408 SeaGate and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was extremely clean, well appointed, and had very comfortable and updated furnishings/decor. The ocean view from the wrap around balcony was jaw-dropping at all times of the day...but especially at sunset! This condo is centrally located to many delicious restaurants and stores. You must go to Salt Rock Grill for a meal--located across the street from the condo! When we wanted a walk on the beach, it was so easy to walk out the back (security keypad) gate and the beach is right there! The beachfront along this strip of Indian Shores is so wide and beautiful. You won't be disappointed booking a vacation at this wonderful oceanfront unit!
