This spacious classic New England colonial home with raised wrap-around covered porch, 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, formal living room, and large kitchen is a stunning residence, located just a short walk to the expansive 7-mile sandy beach on Saco Bay. 43 Union Avenue is a quiet hillside street with private backyard. You are within walking distance to the iconic Old Orchard Beach Pier, Palace Playland amusement center, plenty of entertainment and restaurants options, and a 6 minute walk to the beach.
Five bedrooms (Bedrooms: Queen, Queen, Queen, 2 Full, 2 Twin), two full bathrooms, gorgeous living room with fireplace, and large eat-in kitchen, all surrounded by a classic wrap-around porch.
Enjoy an outdoor fire pit and an authentic indoor wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on those cool summer evenings and ceiling fans to keep you cool on the warm nights. Washer and dryer, internet service, and cable TV are all included. This is a pet friendly residence.

BEDDING & BATH TOWELS:We offer professionally laundered bed sheets, pillowcases, and bath towel sets. If you wish to order these please contact us at least one week prior to your arrival.Comforters, bed pillows, and extra blankets are included for each bed.
PAPER GOODS/STAPLES:We provide a start set of staple products including paper towels, toilet tissue, bath soaps, dish soap, and new kitchen sponges.Additional supplies are provided by the guests.
GRILL:If the property offers a BBQ grill operated by portable propane tanks, guests are responsible for filling or refilling the tanks as needed. We kindly request the tank be left at least half-full at the end of your stay. Propane tank exchanges are located at most convenience stores. Simply detach the tank from the grill and exchange your empty tank for a full tank at the store.
PETS: Sorry, pets of any kind are not allowed on the property at any time.
PARKING: There is parking in the driveway for 2 moderately-sized vehicles. Parking on the street in front of the house is available on a first-come, first served basis.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm on your day of arrival. We will coordinate with your arrival time and meet you at the property. Check-out time is 9:00am on your day of departure. Late departures are generally not available during peak season.
