We enjoyed a great week of sun at the Blue Chair Beach House. Communication was excellent, the rental was clean and comfy. We used the beach wagon to pull chairs and a load of toys to the beach a short walk away every day. Thanks for sharing your rental... We'll be back.

Great house. Very clean. Perfect for a family. We enjoyed the private pool and backyard and the quick walk to the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at 505 Janice Place. The house was super clean inside and out. The pool was perfect for us. The neighbor hood was quiet and friendly. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The beach was beautiful. The location was wonderful.

Beautiful home, very clean! We loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood, perfect for families!

The house couldn’t have been better!! We loved everything! It was so clean, newly updated, it had everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The wagon, beach toys, pool floats, the grill, beach towels were all extras we used an enjoyed. I was worried about the walk to the beach it wasn’t bad at all. Short distance through a nice neighborhood we stopped at the park everytime. My kids loved it!! We will definitely be back!

Our family of 3 got to enjoy this for a few days and wish it was longer. The house was extremely clean and I didn't need to wipe anything down which is rare. The pool in the backyard is beautifully done and a great escape. The six minute stroll to the beautiful beach was easy and had a crosswalk. We didn't want to leave and hope to be back some day soon!

Great communication and great place to stay with an easy walk to the beach. The house and pool were wonderful. Would stay again!
