First Floor: The first floor is entirely tile from the entryway, laundry and into the Guest bedroom which includes a Queen and twin bed as well as a full size luxury bathroom. There is a full size washer and dryer just down the hallway. This townhouse offers a 1 car garage for more convenience.
2nd and 3rd floors are all hardwoods except for the tiled baths.
All bedrooms include entertainment centers.
Second Floor: The second level hosts the main entertainment area with a very cozy and beautiful living/dining/kitchen area perfect for entertainment and eating at home. If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve up to 8 guests. The second floor also includes a full bath with shower and a Guest bedroom with queen over queen bunkbed and a twin bed that sleeps 5.
Third Floor: The third floor provides 2 beautifully decorated Master Bedrooms one with King sized bed and tub/shower combo, and the other with Queen sized bed and tub/shower combo. The baths include beautiful granite vanity counter tops and glass enclosed showers.
Fourth Floor: There is a spiral staircase to the 4th level that leads to a private rooftop deck with plenty of room and seating for everyone to hang out in the mornings, or after dinner and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and ocean views.
If you plan on stepping out, everything you need to keep you entertained is just steps away by taking the scenic sidewalk that leads you to Gulf Place where you can find shopping, and restaurants along with coffee, and ice cream shops.
Restaurants within walking, or biking distance to “Awesome Views” are Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, La Playa (live music), Pizza by the Sea, The Vue, The Local Catch (live music) and Goatfeathers. This property is only 2 miles west of Stinky's Fish Camp at Dune Allen Beach.

Only minutes away from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach to the East and close to Sandestin, Destin & Grand Boulevard and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall to the West. Several of our area's Coastal Dune Lakes, State Parks and Nature Trails are nearby as you bike or stroll the Scenic 30A corridor.
