This is our second visit to blue horizons. It was the perfect beach house for the entire family! There are so many great features, the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and serving to large groups, there is a highchair And baby gate available for your little ones as well. The sunset view off the deck was our favorite way to spend the evenings After long days on the beach and floating in the pool! Plenty of beach, chairs, beach, toys, and even sunscreen and swim diapers left from previous tenants! In addition, we had a few small issues and when we contacted the rental company, they were extremely quick to respond and helped us right away!

We stayed at Blue Horizons following a hectic week at the resorts in Orlando. We were a family party of 12, three generations, and enjoyed the serenity of our stay in Indian Shores, at least the adults did! The children were much more interested in spending time in either the pool or the sea. We had a wonderful week, a beautiful well appointed house and a location to die for. The owners and their agents were very efficient and helpful and we had no problems with our booking or our stay. I can highly recommend both Sand and Sun and their lovely house.

This was our second year at this location and it was as nice as the first. We had adults and kids and there was room for everyone to enjoy the pool and the beach and the surrounding area. The house is just set up perfectly for inside and outside activities and a large group. Even though it rained some days, the pool and hot tub were cozy and fun. The covered veranda and covered pool level allowed outside activities even in the rain. The owners have been terrific in making sure that everything in the home is clean and functional and are very responsive to any questions or issues. The area is wonderful with many walkable restaurants, bars and kids activities. The beach was spectacular as well. This is by far the very best location we have stayed for our annual family February Florida trip. Mike Sarap

This is our second time brining our family here. The house is perfect for our family size. The coffee shop across the street is a big selling point for the kids. The gorgeous view of the beach is priceless

This is our 6th year vacationing within one the their amazing homes. While we had a few hiccups this year, the issues were resolved quickly and smooth, without any disruption to our fun. Every year we fall more in love with Indian Shores and the surrounding area. Thank you again for another fantastic place to host our annual family trip.

This was a perfect location and home for our 13 member family! The house was beautiful and every family had their own bedroom And bathroom! It is on the beach and the private swim pool was perfect for the littles! The sunsets are spectacular! And all questions about the house were answered quickly by Alex!

Loved the house. It was beautiful. Worked well for my family including my handicapped son. Tried to come back...Already booked! Would absolutely stay again.

The house was amazing. We had 6 adults, and 5 children and plenty of room to get lost if needed. The pool was a perfect size for all of us. I would recommend this property to a large family looking for a great vacation!!!

Three sets of grandparents with four grandkids and there parents. House was fantastic for having enough room to be alone if you want and common areas where we enjoyed spending time together. The beach chairs, pool toys, kayaks, as well as all of the normal house amenities were perfect and we never were without anything we needed. The home is beautiful as well as functional and the ability to use the elevator for groceries and luggage really was convenient. We have already talked about doing it again and all thoroughly enjoyed the location and the house, pool, hottub and beach! .

This beach house has everything you could possibly want. I can’t think of a better place to,spend your vacation. The management company does a great job of getting it ready for occupancy.

The best vacation in a bed of luxury! It is our 7th time renting these houses. Each time we want to secure it again. Our family is so happy with the home and location on the beach.

Blue Horizons is a fabulous house right on the beach! Our family has rented this home for the 12 of us two years in a row for the Thanksgiving Holidays. It is clean, spacious and comfortable. We all have fun in the pool/spa and beach. All the young cousins share the bunk room which they claim as their own getaway! Amazingly we leave loving each other. Sand and Sun is wonderful to deal with. They respond promptly to all requests and make the check-in and check-out so easy. We have already reserved for next year! This is the 3rd different rental and 5th time we have secured a home for rent with Sand and Sun. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time and relaxing stay at Blue Horizons. The house was spacious and beautiful. Location was amazing to be steps from the beach. We were so happy with the house and want to stay here again! The management company was attentive to our needs and very prompt with returning my text messages. In particular when I thought the fridge wasn’t working properly they were going to bring over an extra mini fridge until a service repair person could come. The fridge ended up being fine and I was appreciative of the effort. The house had pretty much everything we needed and it was clean. Very happy.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary here with our kids and grandkids. It could not have been better. The bedrooms, living area, kitchen, water toys and boards for his and adults were in ample supply. The perfect location for the beach was right behind the pool which was directly in back of the house. This is great location and accomodation. We highly recommend it.

The accommodations were perfect for our Family. The house has all the extras that make it enjoyable. Beach chairs, rafts, toys for the kids, kayaks, beach towels and even some household items. It makes it very convenient to Clearwater and St. Pete. The beach was perfect and steps from the property. We rent a house somewhere every summer and Blue Horizons ranks at the top ! The staff kept us well informed from the beginning and through out our stay. The whole experience from reservations to stay was one of the most thought out rentals we have experienced. Thanks for a great week of memories ! A must stay !

We stayed with 7 adults (three generations) in this great house. Everything was absolutely perfect and wonderful: the views, the privacy, the cleanliness, the top furnished house, and everything you may need while there (linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, stand up paddleboard and the kayaks, dishes, etc.) We really had a great vacation. It was the second time we booked a house managed by Liz. It's always a pleasure to deal with her, she is very attentive and helpful. We really recommend this house and will definitely come back soon!

Our group of 14 had an amazing time at the Blue Horizon. Among the too many to list features include the impeccable condition of the home, the extensive high end furnishings, top quality sea/beach toys, the easy to use pool/spa, the for all intents private beach (there is hardly anyone around, ever) and the amazing gulf with it's serene sunsets and calm waters (no riptides to worry about). Can't say enough about the level of detail put into the amenities inside the Blue Horizon from the fancy elevator, to the top quality kitchen/bathroom fixtures, to the crisp 72 degrees that the A/C does a perfect job of maintaining. We look forward to returning as soon as we can!

We stayed with 2 other families in the home for the week, with a total of 6 adults and 6 children. The house was beautiful, and was well-appointed with everything we could need. There were plenty of beach toys, beach chairs/umbrellas, and it was great to be able to use the stand up paddleboard and the kayak. It was so easy to take everything to the beach since it was right in front! We will definitely be staying again!

My family and friends have been visiting the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach area for 14 spring breaks in a row. Needless to say we are very familiar with the area and accommodations. We decided to venture out to a house vs. the condo setting and we did for SB 16’ and our kids and all of the adults had the best SB in all of the years down in FL. The house was laid out nicely with a ton of room and the finishing touches of the newly constructed home were spectacular. Nice Pool/hot tub and the kitchen area was our main gathering. We had several families in the area that joined us for a few cookouts on the roomy balcony and everyone just could not believe our accommodations. My guess is that one of your guest will book this house next year as we sadly done with SB for the kids! Awesome Place and we will be back.

I’d call it Blue Heaven rather than Blue Horizons. We were one of the first few families to stay in this brand new and beautiful home. Everything was perfect, spotless and clean. Furnishings and décor were tasteful and of excellent quality, beds were all incredibly comfortable, the high count sheets were like velvet against our skin, plentiful and lush towels, numerous wonderful pillows. Four kings - two are Senior and Junior masters w/private baths, other two share Jack & Jill baths w/ one queen and the double bunk bed room. Total of 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Rooms are all large, baths trendy and delightful. Great room design for optimal family interaction opportunities, plush sectional couch, huge formal dining table along w/ casual dining off kitchen and breakfast bar seating. Kitchen is incredible and lacked nothing. Appliances are top-of-the-line, natural gas range for gourmet cooking. There is an abundance of pots, baking dishes and sheets of all sizes and shapes plus a plethora of plates, glasses, cooking utensils and flatware. Pool and multiple patios offered yet another crazy amount of living space and options for family pleasures. A paddle board, kayak, beach chairs and children’s toys were provided. Liz, who is the manager and I believe owner, was VERY responsive and a pleasure to deal with throughout the reservation process, occupancy and check-out. They provided a ramp for handicap access out of garage area into home. Only glitch we had was my mother’s motorized wheelchair could not fit into the toilet rooms due to door width. Fortunately, we were traveling with her bedside commode and her caregiver so we adapted quickly. This is it. You’ve found the finest in beachfront rental properties. Highly recommended this property to those seeking spectacular.
