I was very pleased with the unit. The amenities were great and the short walk to the beach was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be a repeat customer in the future.

My wife and family have stayed at Collwood many times throughout the years. It was our first time staying in 302. The condo is very nice and the beds were so comfortable. We love staying beach view, but this was street side. Not my choice, but definitely had no complaints about 302.

We recently stayed at Collwood, for spring break. The property, pool area, and picnic table areas were all very clean. Our condo was street side, so no ocean views. The condo it's self was nice, clean, and had a fresh look to it. Kitchen area was a bit small but we don't spend much time there. The stove was dated, but cooked eggs and bacon each day just fine. 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and private shower and bathroom and walk in closet. Access to the balcony from the room. The 2nd bedroom had 2 double beds, walk in closet and dressers. 3 TV in the condo, dining table and comfy furniture to relax on. Private walkway to the beach, access to lounge chairs for use. This was out first time staying and we booked it again for our next spring break.

Always a wonderful time at Collwood, the new managers are great people and although the age of the building is starting to show a little more each year still my preferred spot on Madeira Beach!!

We have been coming here since 2007. We love everything about Collwood. So comfortable. Great pool and beach. Will be back!

This is a great place to spend your vacation at the beach. Comfortable amenities, walking distance to restaurants/bars, beautiful view right out the west side of the building. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful property that is extremely clean, well maintained, and secure. The condominium was very nice and would recommend a stay at Collwood to anyone!

We just spent 2 weeks at Collwood and we enjoyed it very much! This is our second year in a row here and look forward to next year. Mary and John are awesome people and they keep the building so neat and clean. We especially liked the 3 large Weber grills and picnic tables. Everything you need can be found here!

My wife and I along with my mother and father in law recently stayed at Collwood Condos for a weeks vacation. Let me start with my interactions with Mary who manages the vacation rentals and lives on site. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to and was very accommodating and helpful. Upon our arrival the Condo we rented was extremely nice and well kept. The location is beachfront with a pool and a walking distance to John’s Pass. I give our vacation experience at Collwood Condos, 5 star. We have already spoken with Mary about a vacation rental in 2024.

We have been coming to Maderia beach for 4 year and we always stay at the collwood Collwood condos are clean and has every thing you need I always feel at home staying here You are about 300feet from the beach and the outside area of collwood has grills and a pool and shuffle board and a swing and a rest room Very clean also Walking distance to John’s pass , restaurants,shopping Mary and John are the best building managers you can ask for They are more then host they are your friend

I had a wonderful stay at Collwood Condos. The location Is absolutely perfect! The managers are very hands on And always available for any issues. The facility is very Well taken care of, so clean. Hope to go back next year??

We have stayed in several different condos in Collwood and have ALWAYS 110 % loving every one ! Beautiful views , beautiful beach,quiet , close to so many great restaurants nearby ! And of course excellent managers on site ! Always a great time !! Thank you Mary !!

For 8 years we have been going to Collwood. We have stayed in all different rooms and they are all nice. We were in 302 this trip and we loved our shower. The beds were nice size and the rooms were spacious. The managers are so awesome. Collwood is always clean and top notch. Lots of beach chairs and sand toys for kids. The pool area is relaxing and this place is not super busy so you can relax. We always walk to John’s Pass it’s super close. You are close to a seven eleven and a Candy Kitchen. Stay at Collwood and enjoy being in the heart of Madeira!!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Collwood. The room had everything we could possibly need, the office staff was very helpful, and the common areas were kept very clean. We had a fantastic family vacation and will definitely be back again. Thank you for giving us some much needed, stress free time with our family.

I love staying at the Collwood. The accommodations are top notch. You are within walking distance of shopping and many restaurants. The managers, John and Mary are very friendly and helpful.

We rented two condos for my daughter's wedding. All four sets of us had our own "suites" which worked out perfectly. We enjoyed the private beach and the pool with the kids, but mostly enjoyed the nice breeze while sitting under the portico catching up with the family. Mary & John were so accommodation getting us the right dates and a late check in and even sent us the flower girl dress one of the kids left somewhere that we missed when packing up. Thank you!! When we are back in Florida, we plan to stay here again!

I highly recommend Collwood. We stayed in unit 302, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that there were beach chairs and floats available for guest to use. We will stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at Collwood several times and always enjoy our stay! The property managers do a wonderful job of making sure all of their guest are taken care of! Can't wait to come back next year!

loved the location; close proximity to ST Johns Pass, St Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. unit was clean and spacious with all amenities; kids enjoyed the heated pool, toys, beach chairs- all available for our use. not too crowded beach which allowed for privacy. Managers were both very easy to work with and were constantly cleaning and maintaining all grounds. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Our stay was great. My daughter, Great Grand Son and I stayed at the Condo, however my youngest son and his 10 year old twins came ever yday to play with us . I love going to Collwood. Over 10 years. My cousin and her family rent a unit and I rent one. Every day we go down stairs and rock on the swing to remember when we were young at the beach. I play shuffleboard with my sons and my nephews while my cousin watches. It's the best time ever. We had the best week with the best weather ever. The condo was clean and well taken care of. Thank you all for a great stay.

The condo was spotless clean and extremely roomy for our family. As for public area, again spotless. The pool area was perfectly clean and comfortable. There are beach chairs to use when enjoying the beautifully, clean, sandy area of the beach and a outside shower to wash your feet before returning inside. There were plenty of other amenities in great shape to enjoy as well, BBQ, cornhole and shuffleboard games.
