Curry Point Retreat is a privately owned, 2000 square foot vacation home with central heating and air conditioning that sits on a large 250 foot waterfront lot. The master bedroom has a king size bed adjoined to a full bathroom with a garden tub that takes in a luxurious scene of beautiful Lake Martin. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has two full size beds overlooking a panoramic view of the water. A twin size mattress and a queen air mattress are also available. In between the two bedrooms, is a full size bathroom. This spacious property has a fully stocked kitchen, a full sized washer and dryer, dining room, and living room with a cozy gas fireplace. This home has a screened porch as well as a deck with a gas grill and a sitting area with a wooden swing tucked away under the porch. For extra sodas and snacks, there is a full size refrigerator located in the garage and an easily accessible half bath. Once outside, this vacation rental has a pier with a tie off for one boat as well as a set of stairs for easy entry, a small vessel boat ramp, basketball goal, portable fire pit, and outside games such as horse shoes and corn hole.
