Ric and Maryann are terrific to work with. They were our property managers when I had a unit in the Baytree III complex. since 2000, living in NY they handled any issue we had. They do the same with the rentals they manage. This year we were in our 4th different unit- Harbourgate twice(outstanding) lil salty even before now renovated was a great value and a familiar surrounding. Last year on the beach and this at the D2 Bishop complex at colonial charters ( also recently renovated). I’m old, technologically challenged and when I couldn’t figure out how to work the tv properly, they came right over, educated me so we would ppl have. Good time in Myrtle. Highly recommend the units I’ve used and their service is next to none another great experience!!
