About the condo:
This is 2200 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/4 bathroom 8th floor condo located in the most desirable area of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably.  This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean.  Linens & towel are provided with this rental.  Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from your master bedroom and the living area in this direct oceanfront corner unit. The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as 'The Golden Mile', which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Our condominium features four bedrooms.  The first is a master bedroom with a private bath and a king size bed.  The other three bedrooms feature 2 queen-size beds in each with access to the second bathroom.  The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy stunning oceanfront views from your private balcony. Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort's large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children's pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle's Best breakfast/coffee facility.

About the area:
There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Broadway at the Beach.

Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with  over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo.

Rental Policies and Conditions

Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations.  There is a one time cleaning fee charged for this unit that covers the cost of cleaning the unit prior to your arrival and then after your departure.  This cleaning covers all the fresh linens and bath towels that are provided for your stay.

You may also pay for your rental using VENMO.  All you need is the email address for Rufia with is rufia@rufias.com.


Dunes Village Resort offers an incredible amenities package right on premise including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers and kiddie play areas.  In addition this are pool tables, shuffle board, large sized chess and checkers, a basketball court and kids play area.  This unit is also a short drive away to various amusement parks, restaurants, Broadway at the Beach, mini-golf and many other activities!
