What a wonderful get-away, thanks in large part to the comfortable, convenient accommodations at Gonzalez Hall. The room was clean, secure, spacious and so convenient to all that San Juan has to offer. What a view of the San Juan Bay! As an added bonus, the galley food was outstanding!

Excellent place to stay in Old San Juan. Emma was great at answering all of our questions, since this was our first visit. Our Uber dropped us off at the main gate and we did the short walk to the room. The rooms were clean and well kept. We used the exchange for our last minute purchases and breakfast items. The location was perfect for visiting Old San Juan. Try this location because you will love it. We will stay again. Emma is excellent!

The suites at Gonzales Hall were a great place to stay. The air conditioning was set a bit high. In the warm Caribbean air for the day and then entering a very cold room was not the best. We were able to turn off one of the a/c units and that worked out well. But, the location and price were unbeatable. The other benefit was that the staff at MWR for Gonzales Hall were able to give us the name of a taxi driver, William Gonzales, who could pick us up from the airport and bring us into the CG Base. He made our stay easy as he was always prompt and courteous and took us wherever we needed to go. We enjoyed our stay in Old San Juan and the CG Base tremendously!

My wife and I enjoyed the stay. The suite was nice and clean. Being able to take advantage of enjoying Old San Juan because of the base location was a plus. MS Emma Rodriguez was very professional, great sense offer at customer service. Thank you!

I am a 10-year veteran with the VA Healthcare ID card. My wife and I stayed at the guest suites in USCG La Puntilla San Juan in February for a week and we loved it. It's more than what I expected. The suite has a spacious bedroom and living room and a mini kitchen. My wife felt safe and secured since it's inside the CG Base. Free parking. Literally, walking distance/minutes from El Viejo San Juan , shops / restaurants, and El Morro. I went to the base gym everyday. They have a very decent exchange. And for the price of $150 flat. You can't compare that to the San Juan hotel prices and tax and resort fees and the parking fees. Their is a trolley that offers free transportation throughout El Viejo San Juan. The best restaurant with good prices is El Punto Cafe in Viejo San Juan.
