Welcome to Kihei Ali'i Kai C-206, a completely renovated and gorgeous, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. Come watch the whale breach & frolic right from your huge lanai!!! This unit is in building C, which is located close to the newly remodeled pool.The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses.

We invite you to share the beauty and healthful recreational opportunities of our special place in the sunny side of Maui. The location of this retreat is at the southern end of Kihei and adjacent to Wailea. Smoking in the condo, on the lanais and in resort common areas is prohibited.Guests LOVE the beautiful tropical landscaping, sparkling fountains, and peaceful waterfall.

Our unit is located 30 minutes from the airport/Central Maui, less then 15 minutes to Maalaea Harbor for excursions, 45 minutes to UpCountry Maui for wine tasting, Lavender Farm, zip-lining, etc, and approximately 45 minutes to the West side (Lahaina).
