We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay. I've stayed in Maui before in Hana, Paia and Lahaina, but Kihei was the GEM. All of our main activities were in Kihei and Deb's place was right near it all. We walked across the street plenty of times to the store and to get shaved ice. We had two teenage daughter so having two bedrooms and two bathrooms helped to keep the family from all cluttering in one space. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed. We cooked breakfast and ate out lunch and dinner. We stocked up at Costco with drinks and brought a cooler everyplace we went. A few times we ordered food in and there was plenty of space for all of us to eat at the table comfortably. The Lanai and back area was the best. You could walk right out see the beach from Deb's place. We spent many times on the lounge chairs relaxing and listening to the waves. The beach and pool was easily accessed and everyone around us was just so nice. I would definitely stay here again!!

This is the most amazing condo that you could stay at with family and friends. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms with their closets, dresser drawers and bathrooms were fantastic. The mattress, bedding and pillows in each bedroom were very comfortable. In each of the bathrooms they had amenities which were great. They had plenty of linens which were in very good shape. The living room had a comfortable sofa as well as 2 wing chairs and a great flat TV. The dining room, table and chairs were very nice as well. Having tile flooring thru out the condo was better than having carpet. Then the washer and dryer was located in the unit and not taking up space. Outside your patio doors they had a great patio table and chairs. The property landscaping is very well taken care of as well as the lounge chairs. Then you have a private beach which allows you plenty of space not like a public beach. The inground pool is also very well maintained and has lounge chairs as well. Then right across the street from the condo parking lot you have a market that sells fruits, vegetables and baked goods. There is also an ABC store which is very handy as well as a Shaved Ice store. We are so looking forward to coming back to Maui and staying at this condo again. Also, working with Deb the Property Manager was fantastic. She was able to answer all our questions regarding the condo and worked so well with us. If you, your family and friends are looking forward to an amazing vacation this is the unit and location you should be staying at. Thank you for allowing us to have a fantastic vacation. What an incredible spot! A fabulous location! Loved the condo! The layout and size was perfect for 2 couples. The view was amazing and to be able to walk out the slider door, lay down on a lounge chair in the yard with an incredible view was heaven! We also loved the Farmers Market right across the road and the ABC Market was so convenient. The condo is in a great central location no matter which direction you want to go to sight see, golf, shop or eat. And last but not least…. I cannot say enough about Deb and how easy she makes the experience of renting the condo. She is so wonderfully accommodating. Very quick to respond and makes you feel so welcome and so appreciated! She is a joy to deal with. We will continue to return to our favorite condo in Kihei and and working with Deb! Aloha!

This was the most beautiful condo with an unbelievable view. It literally has everything you could need. The lanai closet had all sorts of beach chairs, body boards and sand toys. The inside closets were well stocked as well including pack and play, umbrella stroller, tons of extra linens. It truly has everything you could want or need. The beds and couch were also super comfortable. All this combined with the perfect location steps from the beach with the ABC store, bakery and Ululanis across the street truly make this condo a 100% must stay.

The condo was immaculately clean and the beach is literally just 10 steps away- doesn’t get any better than that! I've stayed on many of the beaches in Maui and it doesn’t get better than Kihei and sugar beach. 10/10 would recommend to all.

This place was so gorgeous, it has all the adequate stuff, like kitchen, appliances, coffee, and some great things that we didn't think of shopping for the first night in Maui, like, coffee, some creamer packets, flavored syrups etc. The thing that was wonderful was the comfortable beds, the nice large bathrooms, and the WALK OUT TO THE BEACH!!! Being on the ground level, we spent some time outside drinking our coffee, walking the beachline and enjoying the sound at night. There were rowers that would be out in the morning and evening, and while you couldn't hear the calls and shouts they were making from inside the home, you could hear it from the shoreline which was a fun and unique experience for us! Deb was also AMAZING!! There was something a little off, and she responded right away and fixed it! It was AWESOME!! We rented 3 different homes from Deb and we will ALWAYS rent from her when we're on Maui! Thank you DEB!!!!! -Crystina

We have two young kids and this was an awesome location for our family. Everything was in easy reach. The closet had all the pool and beach accessories we needed. Convenient groceries and too much shaved ice from across the street. Deb was a clear and prompt communicator. 5 stars all around.

We loved our stay at Kihei Beach Resort #109! Being on the ground floor and walking right out the slider to the lawn and beach was amazing. The farmer's market and bakery (and shaved ice!) right across the street was a bonus. This condo is located in a quieter (less people/populated) area - thus making the beach area less busy, which is so nice!!! Sugar Beach is perfect for walking and relaxing. Our grandson loved playing in the ocean, and of course the swimming pool as well. The condo was well stocked with beach towels and beach toys/chairs, etc. We had an amazing 10 days in Maui, and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Great waterfront location. You leave the balcony right in-front of the ocean where you have sun beds. Parking is very convenient. And the location is great for exploring the area around Maui, with many facilities and closely cafes. My morning coffee was awesome from sugar cafe just 1 minute away from the flat. Great stay overall!

I stayed at Deb's condo with my best friend and her daughter + her daughters best friend (both age 13). We decided to not rent a car because of the crazy prices but really you don't need one at this location. You are literally on the beach! There is a fantastic farmers market and store right across the street so we were able to get everything we needed (food, supplies, souvenirs, clothing...you name it). The bus stop is a couple yards from the building as well ($4/pp for all day pass). The pool was super clean and didn't have so many chemicals that it smelled or bleached your clothing. There is a fully stocked "toy closet" complete with: snorkel gear, floats, beach chairs, masks, beach-mats, etc... . We were thrilled to see that both bathrooms had body wash and shampoo as we only did carry-on so didn't bring our own SUPER CONVENIENT :). The washer and dryer area is stocked with fragrance free hypo-allergenic soap, so if you are sensitive to that like I am, no need to worry. The A/C and fans kept the place nice and cool. Deb is a great host and very easy to get in touch with. One thing I would recommend is: If you plan to arrive before your check-in time (3pm) make arrangements for your luggage to be stored. Also if you plan leave before your check-out time (11am) give Deb a call or text her so she can make arrangements with the cleaner to come in early and get the unit ready for the next vacationers who may want to check-in early. All-in-all: Fantastic experience and I look forward to going back and staying at this true gem of a spot. :)

Ideal location for a quiet Hawaiian getaway. Close to shops, literally across the street (make sure to check out the Farmers Market and Ululanani's) and close driving distance to nearby city hubs in South Kihei and Lahaina. Wow!! Just wow. There is no way beat this view and access to the ocean. We literally walked out onto the sand every morning. The place is so well stocked!! They have everything you need especially for kids. Boogie boards, pool noodles, chairs and tons of beach toys. We had such an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!. In addition to unbeatable view the location is prime! We were minutes from everything. Deb is a fantastic host and responds in minutes. She went above and beyond with our group.

This is pretty much the perfect place to stay in Kihei. The condo is literally steps away from the beach, and the space itself is lovely. We were 2 couples staying here, and it was perfect for our purposes. The interior has been redesigned within the past few years, so it's very stylish. Also, the outdoor closet has tons of beach gear for you to use (boogie boards, snorkel, beach chairs, umbrella, etc). There are roosters and chickens that roam around outside, and it was always fun to sip coffee in the morning and watch them. And did I mention the view from the lanai? You can't beat it. Our stay was great! We had an issue with the AC, but we were able to figure it out with Debbie’s help. The building is a little old, but the unit has been updated. The views are amazing!

Debbie is great, very accommodating, and thoughtful. The space is clean and modern. It’s right on the nicest beach in Maui and there is a farmers market across the street which is super convenient. Would stay here again anytime! Thank you so much Deb for everything, I would stay again any day

You can't get any closer to the beach than Deb's place! Nice, 2BR/2B ground floor unit with everything you could need and then-some. Be sure to check the lanai closet for beach chairs, umbrella, etc. and enjoy the use of the cooler, reusable grocery bags and snorkel equipment. Check out the movies and books from the lobby and plan to use the BBQs to grill some fresh island fish. Be mindful of the chicken droppings on the lawn!

Our stay here in #109 was an amazing time with our family. The ground level, the access to the yard, the long chairs, closeness to the beach, the view, the pool, sound of the waves at night, cleanliness and comfortable condo for 6 made our stay one to remember. Debbie was a great host and is very quick to respond to our questions and messages. We look forward to staying there again in the future. Everything was great and had an amazing time. With all the confusion going on in the world it was nice to be able to chat with you and thank you for your quick responses. Sorry for the extending stay and then leaving early. We have no real complaints and we so want to stay there again in the future. Loved the condo, the location, the ground floor and fenced in yard was beyond ideal for our family and kiddos.

The apartment is magnificent, tastefully decorated, very well equipped for both cooking and the beach. It is very well located with direct access to the beach and swimming pool. Parking in front of the building. And supermarket opposite. Everything was clean and spotless. Entrance to the apartment with keyless code is very convenient. A terrace for dining with the gentle sound of the ocean is great! Address to remember.

I have very huge expectations when it comes to vacation lodgings, and this property far exceeded my expectations! I was particularly impressed with how well stocked the condo was. There is nothing more we could have wanted or needed. Mahalo Deb for helping us!

It is a well stocked ground floor unit right on the beach. Deb was fantastic to work with and readily available. The beach here is awesome with very few rocks in the water and amazing sand. She will be our first call the next time we plan to come to Maui.

The unit and grounds were immaculate and the property managers were available and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This unit is in a smaller, 50 unit complex, so the 5 mile long sandy sugar beach is uncrowded. It is exactly as advertised just 30 feet off the beach! The waves change from very calm and peaceful to 2-foot boogie board size depending on tides and weather. (The boards and other beach toys are included on site)! This unit is in the perfect spot on the ground floor so we could supervise the kids from the comfort of the Lanai. The pool is 100 feet away on one side, and the BBQ's are 100 feet away on the other. In between is the view of distant islands, sunsets, turtles and whales. A canoe club is next door and you can watch them practice and race right in front of you most mornings. Located on the North end of Kihei, it's pretty quiet but still has a farmer's market, ABC store, amazing bakery and Shaved ice directly across the street. Pretty sweet vacation destination :-)

This is s lovely property. It was a beautiful setting to walk right out your door and enjoy access to the beach with just a few steps. The condo was comfortable and was equipped with all you need, (except toilet paper...be sure to pick some up on your way!).

We recently stayed a week at kihei beach 109 and had the best time!!! The condo was perfect! Right on the beach and located around everything. The condo was equipped with beach towels and boogie boards and everything we needed to a comfortable awesome vacation!!! We will definitely return here!

In mid July 2017 our family surprised my mom and took her with us to Kihei for her birthday. We stayed in the best beach condo EVER. It was clean, cutely decorated....just remodeled to "Beach Theme". Literally, you can walk out the sliding door to see beach front, and be on the sand in 1 minute! We fell asleep to the waves each night...and would wake up and walk across to the Sugar Beach Bakery to the MOST AMAZING taste bud delights. If you are thinking of going to Kihei...you want to stay here! Great location! And to boot...we got to meet the owners the day before we checked in b/c they were finishing up the remodel....great people. Additionally Deb Guidmond, the property manager was a gem to work with, great energy and stellar customer service! Can't wait to go back!

This was the first trip to Maui for our family of four (two daughters, 13 and 15), and we really lucked out in choosing Kihei Beach 109. Not only did we have the beach just a few steps from our patio door, we had a farmer's market, a convenience store, and an amazing little bakery right across the street. The condo is located just out of the hustle and bustle of "downtown" Kihei, and not far from an intersection of roads that lead to other parts of the island--perfect base for exploring. The building itself is quiet and well-maintained, and even though we were on the ground floor we enjoyed all the privacy we needed. The condo itself is clean and nicely appointed with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and television. The bedrooms were large with plenty of closet and dresser space. While the bathrooms were slightly dated, apparently they were going to be renovated shortly after our stay, and the fact that there were two of them made life easier with our two teenaged daughters:) In short, 109 was the perfect choice for us, and if we come back to Maui we will definitely plan to stay there again.
