absolutely beautiful place very homey, would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Deb's place. The keypad on the door died, so we couldn't get in, the first night, and Deb quickly assisted! Nice amenities, great house. We used all of the kitchen appliances and the bathroom was great. Awesome of Deb to supply beach towels and chairs. Absolutely loved that we were steps from the beach. Only issue is the air conditioner, but you will not find much different elsewhere, I suspect. It is in the front room, on a two hour timer, so the rooms do get very hot over night. There are lots of fans, but come prepared, if you are used to cooler conditions. Deb was amazing, responsive, and gave a list of local places to visit. We used them all. She is a fantastic host. Great job!

This place was just PERFECT. We had 5 people and it was plenty of space. The kitchen has all the necessities, mixing bowls, untensils, cookware, glassware, coffee. Fridge was SPOTLESS! The place is literally a 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. There is a crosswalk. She provides beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge to use. There is a PHENOMENAL sushi restaurant one block away. The grocery store about 1.5 miles away. We ate at Nalus (5 minute drive) and HIGHLY recommend the food. All super close. The more touristy areas (Lahaina, Wailea) are a short drive away. Lahaina was 30 minute drive, but along the coast... Worth it! Wailea was like 5-10 minutes away I LOVED having the beach essentially to myself every morning. being just a bit away from the touristy places was my preference. Close to the target and costco (pass by it from the airport). Complex is very quiet! Deb was great, and communicated by text which is sooooo convenient.

The condo is in a great area. It’s right across the road from the beach. The complex’s itself is well maintained, easy to get to, the pool Has good accessibility and a bbq area. The condo is great for hanging out and having as your home away from home base. Deb was very accommodating for our trip and the hospitality won’t soon be forgotten.

Deb was very interactive and helpful with all questions. She was accommodating and super pleasant to deal with. I think Maui in general is very expensive but this is a good value for the location and space available. We liked being able to walk to the beach and play in the pool. It’s close to shopping , grocery stores, restaurants, and the pier for fishing/snorkeling excursions. We found it to be comfortable and really appreciated all the help. Deb speaks the Hawaiian spirit!

It was amazing. Deb is amazing and would highly recommend staying in her condo. Quiet homey after running all day. Beds are comfy Every thing was perfect arrived early and the cleaning lady was there who was accommodating and super friendly !! Let us store our luggage in unit while we went to the grocery store !! Hope to visit again!!!

Comfortable apartment on the ground floor in north Kihei. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. If you sleep warm, like I do, be aware there is no AC in the bedrooms. The wall AC unit in the living does a decent job at cooling the main living area though and if you keep up on resetting the 90 min timer and keep the bedroom door open you’ll be cooler by mid sleep. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, etc. Parking is a little tight if you rent a full size SUV (aka Suburban) but it was definitely manageable and conveniently located. The pool is also clean and the hot tub was a good way to end each day. The apt location gives easy access to every part of the island and nothing seemed too far away. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It’s an amazing location right across from the beach. The sunsets here are beautiful and it’s in a short walking distance to a great sushi restaurant. Deb’s place is comfy and cozy that has everything you’d need for a visit to Maui. The location is also a short ride away from a shopping center. Deb was very friendly and had great communication. If I ever visit Maui again, I’d definitely come back to Deb’s place. Thank you for having us! Thank you so much for letting us stay! We had such a great time!

The location is amazing! In less than a minute you are at Sugar Beach without having to hop into your car. The beach is not crowded and often times, I was the only one on the beach for sunrise. If you follow the beach north, in about 2 minutes you are in front of Ululani’s Shaved Ice. The complex is small and occupied by mostly residents, so it feels very homey vs touristy. The big patio doors face the ocean and lets in the wonderful trade winds in. We didn’t feel too dependent on the AC. Also, the fridge had a water dispenser which is so convenient and eliminates buying water at the store. We would definitely stay here again!

Deb's place was absolutely perfect. Could not have imagined a better place. Right next to the beach and the pool was an added bonus after long days at the beach. Being so close to Kihei was the best, as well as the proximity to other places, like Makena beach. After visiting Lahaina, we are so glad we didn't stay at a resort and so glad we got to be in this quiet abode for a week. It was beyond what we expected, as was Deb's service and kindness, she was the perfect host! Hope to come again soon :)

Deb was nothing short of amazing!!! She replied right away and the location of the condo was awesome. Bed were comfortable and I love that they had bikes for us yo use. Close to stores and bars, I will definitely come back.

Great stay at this property in Maui. House has a lot of great amenities including beach supplies, bikes and felt very homey. Location is good - small beach across and close to nicer Kihei beaches and restaurants.

We had a fabulous time, the beach was beautiful, and the condo had everything we needed. If we get the chance we will stay again.

Deb is a great host and this place is in a wonderful location, close to some amazing açai places and right across the street from Sugar Beach. We had the beach all to ourselves when we walked over there. I was obsessed with the towels here! There are tons and they are so fluffy and plush. There are also Tommy Bahama chairs and boogie boards to use at the beach. The kitchen is beautiful and the whole unit was well-decorated. Upon booking, Deb sent a very helpful document detailing things to do in different regions of Maui. We referred to it often and found her recommendations to be spot on. Please note that the AC unit is on a 2 hour timer, and the unit does get quite warm when it turns off.

Deb is an amazing host! So friendly and easy to communicate with. My group of 5 loved staying here! Location was awesome, it was pretty central with the beach literally minutes away. We definitely made great use of the beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards Deb provided. Beds were soooo comfy! Like sleeping on a cloud. ABC store and famous shaved ice spot just down the street! 10/10 recommend! Thanks again for everything Deb!!!!

This is a great place to stay in Kihei, right across the street from the beach. The condos are homely and clean and have everything you need.

Debbie is a sweetheart. Her hospitality and willingness to help are outstanding, the place was tranquil, cute little community in Kihei, location is great, across from sugar beach which is mainly a surfing beach, not too far south is beautiful Molokini beach for swimming and sun bathing. The bicycles were a great added touch. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality and rapid willingness to help our needs.

You won’t be disappointed staying here. The most amazing sunsets can be seen from the balcony and this condo comes well equipped with anything you might need. The communication from Deb was top notch and the check in procedure easy. Being centrally located was important to us and you can easily access the island from this location. Being prime whale season, we were able to see multiple Humpback whales from the balcony. The beach access is also very convenient. Book this place! You won’t be disappointed. Great Unit. We travel to Maui often as our son lives there. Really liked that this unit was in smaller condo complex. Not as congested, great pool and hot tub. Very quiet and great location to beach and to get to other areas. This end of Kihei is quiet and beach less crowded. Debbie quickly responded to any request or questions. The units blow dryer was gone and she deliver one that day with a few apple bananas and lemons.

Great unit in a small quiet condo complex. Less congested at this end of Kihei and easy to get in and out to other parts of island. Deb very responsive to any questions or needs. Did not really have shampoo, conditioner or body wash as advertised but not big issue for me. Blow dryer was missing and Deb replaced it that day with some organic apple bananas and lemons. Great location and Great Beach at this end of Kihei. Would definitely stay again

Great place, great location

This place is a gem! It’s located right across the street from Sugar Beach so you can hit the beach right away without having to hop in the car. The condo is fully loaded and even has many beach cruisers for you to use! Super cute place and the host was very gracious. We will be back soon! Thank you, Deb, for your responsiveness and being so kind throughout the whole process. You helped to make me feel at ease traveling during this unusual time especially with babies. Great location, exactly as advertised

Debbie's place is in the perfect location. It's right across the street from Sugar Beach, which is calm to slightly choppy without any crowds. The extra towels, both bath and beach towels, were very helpful. The washer and dryer were also very convenient. You can open the glass door entrance and the front door since they both have screen doors to create a wonderful breeze. Deb was a great communicator and had lots of helpful suggestions. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place had all the elements we wanted as we vacationed in Hawaii at the price point we were willing to pay. A kitchen with all the essentials, a washer and dryer, basic beach gear, and enough space for our family of five. We felt like the location, in particular, was great for all the activities that we had planned as well. Deb is an amazing hostess and very good about communication. The beach is just across the street from the development which makes for watching a beautiful sunrise or sunset, a quick swim, bike ride, or even a paddle board journey around the bay, very accesible activities. As for our trip? Maui is magical in every way! The road to Hana, whales, delicious food, sunny and warm weather, friendly people, and the Aloha spirit. We couldn't have asked for a more memorable getaway. Great accommodations plus an all-around amazing destination equals the perfect vacation. Thanks, Deb!

Nice place to stay at Kihei, Maui. The free bikes are a cool offer. Unfortunately we had no time to cycle around because we wanted to explore the whole island of Maui by car (biking wouldn't be helpful haha). Thank you so much for this place.

We would highly recommend this cute condo to anyone heading to Maui! It was roomy for our family of 5, had fans/AC, a large, well-stocked kitchen with lovely appliances & counters & plenty of toiletries... This unit has a large capacity washer/dryer, so easy to use & navigate. There are bikes to borrow, as well as boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella & coolers for excursions. The unit is ground floor with a beautiful little patio, with table & chairs, surrounded by flowers & trees & happy birds, singing away! Sugar Beach is literally across the street! There is also a pool, bbq, rinsing station & a designated parking spot, on site, steps from the unit. There are plenty of amenities both a walk & drive away & Ululani Shave Ice is close by with an ABC Grocery that’s open late - was perfect to grab coffee, bread, jam, eggs & fruit, after a late flight, for breakfast the next morning. Deb was incredibly warm & welcoming via our communications over the App & Email. She provided everything we needed & literally responded within minutes to all! The price point/value was so refreshing, compared to other listings. We’re Superhosts ourselves & would recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the quiet and having the beach just across the road! This was a great location to be for exploring the island as well since it was easy to get to all the different areas of the island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay here and it is a good location to stay for the northern part of Keihi. There is a beach right across the road that is great for walking and watching the beautiful sunsets here. The condo has lots of towels and beach items such as boogie boards, vhai4s, and a beach umbrella. Plus sand toys for the kiddos and a playpen for a little one. A great setup for families traveling with young kids! Also we had a 10 pm flight out and Deb let us checkout really late which was amazing having little ones!
