Welcome to Austin! From this two story open floor plan loft, you can walk to the Austin Visitor's Center, State Capitol, Town Lake, Congress Street 'Bat' Bridge, 6th Street, Convention Center, museums plus 100's of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. For less than the price of one hotel room across the street, you can have our whole apartment!

SLEEPING: This loft can sleep 1-6 guests comfortably. It features two twin size beds in the entry room. Upstairs, it does have two separate sleeping spaces, the first holds two twins and the second has a king size bed. An air mattress is available for extra sleeping space. 

EATING: Use the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances for meal preparation or walk to some of Austin's best restaurants. There is a dining area that can be used for meetings or meals.

LOCATION: This truly is a 'car optional' property. Littlefield Quarters is also a secured access building for residents and guests. For guests flying into Austin, there is a $1.75 shuttle from the airport that drops off a few blocks from this loft.

WALK TO: This condo puts you in the very heart of downtown Austin. You can easily walk to:

  • Austin Visitor's Center
  • 6th Street entertainment district
  • State Capitol
  • Town Lake
  • Congress Street 'Bat' Bridge

DOWNTOWN LIVING: This home is right on 6th Street so you have direct access to one of the most popular streets in the 'Live Music Capitol of the World' where there are countless bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you don't feel like going out, many local restaurants, shops and grocery stores deliver to this building, including the flagship Whole Foods Market. 

This is a great location and a great home for those who want to explore Downtown Austin – you can be a part of it all! While this is a super convenient location, it is definitely not quiet. The bars, restaurants, and music venues do stay open until 2 am or later. If this does not seem like the Top Fit for you, we do have other homes in quieter neighborhoods.

For less than 1 hotel room across the street, you can have our whole apartment! This apartment has stained concrete floors, brand new furnishings, stainless appliances, full sized kitchen, FREE WiFi and private balcony that overlooks downtown. Come check it out!

Rates are based on 1-4 person occupancy. Additional guests are $10/night/guest for up to maximum occupancy of 6. Cleaning fees are also based on your confirmed number of guests: $75 (1-4), $85 (5) and $95 (6). Rates are subject to change until rental reservations are confirmed.

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards, Bank Transfers.

This is a non-smoking home and pets are considered on a case by case basis. Our home accommodates a maximum of 6 people, but our rates are based on 4 guests with an additional $10/night/guest fee for up to 6 guests total. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $75.00 - $95.00 is charged per reservation. All reservations require a $100.00 security deposit to secure your reservation.
