TOP FLOOR PENTHOUSE OCEAN VIEWS, is just the beginning in this beautifully remodeled condo! Light and bright describe this lovely oceanfront unit, awaiting your Maui dream vacation! Huge ocean AND West Maui Mountain views from lanai, living room, kitchen and master bedroom.  The living room features a wall of mirrors that brings the outside in, making the condo feel very spacious. Tile flooring throughout keeps the unit nice and cool. We offer a built-in entertainment center, with extra storage and wine/bar area. Well-appointed kitchen with quality appliances and beautiful counter tops. The master bedroom features a wall of windows looking out onto the ocean and a beautifully reconfigured bathroom that maximizes the space & features 2 sinks (not many in the building do!). There are also 2 stand-up paddle boards in the unit for guest use. This condo does get a wonderful cross breeze when doors are open, but just in case, there is a brand new split zone A/C system, with sleek wall units in each room. We also provide necessary toiletries to make your stay even more convenient and comfortable: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton swabs/Q-tips, etc.

Location

Our condo is located in North Kihei, for easy access to other areas of the island, including only 15 minutes from the airport!  Adjacent to the resort is the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary, along with the historical 16th Century Alii (Royal) Fish Pond of Kalepolepo. Protected by offshore reefs, the pond provides a safe swimming area for children and those who prefer a gentle surf.
