This is a non-smoking home (no pets are allowed). Our home accommodates a maximum of six (6) people. To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $480.00 is charged per reservation.  This includes a pre-cleaning (day of arrival) and post extensive cleaning.

We charge a daily A/C (Air Conditioning) fee of $59.00/day due to the continued staggering cost of Electricity in the Hawaiian Islands.

All reservations require a $1,000.00 refundable security deposit and a $89.00 non-refundable fee, along with 50% of reservation total, due immediately after booking reservation. Balance of 50% due 120 days prior to check-in.

Our Vacation Rental Home is located on Alii Drive and very easy to find.

In Town, Ali'i Drive is a scenic waterfront panorama, nestled between rows of souvenir and curio shops, sidewalk cafes, and a long lava rock sea wall.

Our home is approximately 1 mile from towns edge.

From Airport; Exit Airport, on main highway make right turn to Kona. Right On Palani Road, continue and it will convert to Alii Drive. We will provide you an e-mail prior to occupancy with address, gate entry code and location within property.
