It comes with a 10x12 screened-in room, with a table, 2 comfy camping chairs,  portable ice maker, grill, and firepit (some wood provided).  

There's also a washer and dryer closeby at Deer Cottage you're welcome to use. And, if you have friends or elders that want to join you, combine with Deer Cottage rental to be close-by. It's about 30 yards away. See its listing also on VRBO and HomeAway.

Enjoy camping without having the hassle of pulling a camper and setting it up. Note, we will also deliver this camper to a location of your choice within 100 miles for an additional fee which includes screen tent and other accessories, as well as delivery and setup.

If you're a hunter, we have a freezer over at Deer Cottage, that you're welcome to use.
