The spacious ocean view master suite has a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, ensuite spa bath, and a sitting area.  The second bedroom has two queen beds and the third bedroom has one king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The third bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom comes equipped with a TV. 

Guests will love cooking their meals in the gourmet kitchen, which has granite countertops, professional grade appliances, and all the kitchen gadgets you will need. Elegant travertine and limestone flooring runs throughout the home and coordinates nicely with coastal inspired home decor.  The spacious and elegant great room and the dining area have spectacular ocean views and the living room includes a fireplace for romantic evenings. 

Air conditioning units are included. Parking for this home is located underground in the parking garage. Two spaces are available for guests. 

Pelican Villa is located on The Strand,  just south of the Oceanside Pier. This is an excellent location for beachfront walks and bike rides. There are many fun places to eat and shop within walking distance.

Please note that this is a second floor unit and we do not provide elevator access so all guests must be able to access stairs in order to access this unit.

When you book a home through Oceanside Beach Rentals there are no refunds unless we can rebook your dates for the same terms. Payment in full due 90 days from check in. No smoking and no pets please.

The ocean, level of sand, access to the beach and the weather is something that changes daily. During your stay there may be more or less sand than shown in the photos depending on the tides and the current weather conditions.

Please also note that the city of Oceanside has specific restrictions on vacation homes. Our homes can only be used by the registered guests - parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. The home is only able to accommodate the guests listed on your reservation.

Take a stroll to the Oceanside pier at sunset or rent a sailboat and enjoy the harbor. Spend your days on the beach walking, swimming, surfing, or soaking up the sun, or explore some local attractions, like the California Surf Museum.
There are several bike rentals in the area and lots of coastal bike trails. You can even ride around the beach area checking out Oceanside's famous murals We are close by to Legoland and not too far from the San Diego Zoo and Seaworld.  Disney land is an easy drive.  We have two farmers markets on Thursday.
