All flooring updated in 2018.  Year round sunsets; whales, turtles, sailboats and surfers abound. Private ocean-facing lanai (96 SF). Located on quiet lliili Street in South Kihei, so very little road noise. Nestled between Charley Young Beach and Cove Park; two of South Maui's finest beaches. Walking distance to beaches, shopping and excellent restaurants. Free, assigned, uncovered parking. This is a sweet little boutique complex, right of the water, and right next to the only surfing beach in Kihei!  You can sit on your lanai and watch the surfers go out! Community laundry on site and for your use.    Come spend your vacation with us, you will be so grateful you did!!

Location

The location really doesn't get any better then this.  It is situated next to the only surfing beach in Kihei!  You can sit on your lanai and watch the surfers go out!  You can also sit there and watch turtles, sail boats, whales (depending upon time of year) and so much more!  This is also located on a quiet little street.  Close for walking to restaurants and shopping but off a side street with little traffic;  really, the best of the best!!
