If you are visiting PR, this is the place to stay!! Customer Service was superb, condition of the house was excellent, cleanliness and amenities were perfect, and the experience overall was exactly what our family needed to ensure our vacation was everything we'd hoped for - 10/10, would stay again and recommend all my friends do the same!!

We had a very pleasant stay at RBH Guest House D-5. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The location was convenient and Ms. Laboy was responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time there and would gladly stay again.

I enjoyed the cottage as it is modern, clean and convenient. It has everything I needed for a stay. I was very happy with a stay and will definitely use it If I will be visiting the area again. I really liked the small but helpful accessories of it such as salt, pepper, brooms, etc. that were very handy. Thank you for making it a very enjoyable stay for us. Thanks.

I was very impressed with the professionalism this Guest House is run. Ms. Rodriguez was very helpful during our stay. The house was supper clean. Everything was well organized. CUDOS!!! We checked out the morning of Dec 30, 2022, from a wonderful stay at Rio Bayamon Housing, guest house D-5. From the start to finish, Emma Rodriguez and her staff, their emphasis was on friendly customer service. Rosa and I preffered to stay in RBH when we come for vacation to Puerto Rico. The guest house D-5 was renovated and the common areas and the kitchen were nice and we felt very comfortable and relax. The room was lovely with comfortable temperatures and flat TV and the bed was comfortable as well. The location is great, a short distance from San Juan and not far from the metropolitan areas for further out activities. We love Emma and staff attentiveness. We would really recommend RBH to our brothers and sister military retire who visit PR. Rosa & Rafael

Me and my family booked the Guest House for six days. The entire house was EXTREMELY clean! The community that it's located in is Coast Guard housing. A nice quiet, friendly, and secure place. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to San Juan.

In early February 2 friends and I headed to sunny Puerto Rico from cold, damp Washington State. We were ready for a change of climate, new culture and food, along with some adventures. We had all of those. Our stay in Guest House 3 was made more delightful by a staff that went above and beyond to meet all our needs. They were warm, generous spirited, helpful, and went above and beyond in a number of ways. we were most grateful. A number of guest houses are currently going through renovations, Guest House 3 is on the list. It needs it. Simple things like water running cleanly through bath pipes will only be fixed with new piping. No amount of pipe cleaner can get 20-30 years of crud out. New pipes are needed. The whole kitchen needs renovation. It was clean, but battered. Washer and dryer were in great shape! We loved having breakfast out on the enclosed porch. Great treat. Be forewarned and this has nothing to do with the facilities,PR a is on 3G networks. I was on a Zoom board meeting and the internet went down. Could not recover. Apparently, when it rains, this happens almost 100% of the time. Was told later, losing electricity and water frequently occurs. I recommend this facility knowing that you are not going to spend 100% of your time here. The staff are terrific!
