This website AllTrails has some great information about the trails around Lake Tahoe with a great sort feature to choose your difficulty, Length, rating, what to do, what to see, suitability, route type, trail traffic, Elevation gain. Here are a few around the Meyers area: Armstrong pass, Corral Trail, Corral trail Loop, Freel Peak Trail, Upper Truckee River Loop, Twin Peaks Sawmill pond OHV Trail, and an easy one is Washoe Meadows Trail.  A great bike trail from the house is Sawmill Bike Path.

Washoe Meadows Trail is a 5.6 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near South Lake Tahoe, California that features beautiful wildflowers and is good for all skill levels.
