As you enter this home, you will truly appreciate the Florida living with the water view and spectacular sunsets. Natural light creates a soft glow highlighting at all hours of the day. An additional extra spacious waterview room offer a popular billiard table for family fun, a Flat-screen TV, bathroom, and direct access to the pool and patio.


Kitchen:

This home features a beautiful and well-appointed contemporary kitchen with all modern appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need (and more) while on vacation, and only requires you to bring food, beverages and condiments. The kitchen floor plan allowing the chef to interact with the guests while enjoying the water view. Direct access to the pool area via French Doors. There is plenty of space to cook the finest cuisine for all your family and friends.

 

Bedrooms:

The Master Suite Bedroom is located upstairs. Furnished with one king bed, Flat Screen TV, private bathroom with walk-in shower. Large picture windows overlooking the patio, pool and waterways. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. One has a king bed with private bathroom and walk-in shower, Flat Screen TV and large closet. Two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each. One with trundle beds (which can be converted to extra twin beds). An additional full bathroom with shower/tub is located in the hallway. on of the ground floor living rooms can be converted into a bedroom with a Queen Size bed sofa and the 4th bathroom with a shower is located in this living room area.

Lighthouse Point is a city just north of Fort Lauderdale in Broward County. The city was named for the Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse, which is located by the ocean.  Along the shore, the 1900s Hillsboro Lighthouse guards the Hillsboro Inlet, an entrance to the Intracoastal Waterway. Visit the lighthouse, climb the 175 steps of the spiral staircase and view the coastline, just like a postcard from paradise. While visiting Hillsboro Lighthouse, you learn the story of the barefoot mailmen, honored with a memorial statue. The mailmen walked more than 40 miles of sandy shore each week to deliver mail between Palm Beach and Miami 1885. Lighthouse Point is located next to Pompano Beach, a divers paradise and the “wreck capital” of Florida with 17 wrecks. The area is known for its excellent boating and fishing, accentuated by an offshore living coral reef accessible to scuba divers and snorkelers. Anglers and families flock to the 1,000-foot-long municipal fishing pier, beach-side playgrounds, grills and picnic tables.
