“Beautiful home near the beach with a private pool and all of the amenities you’ll need. Also close to several great dining options. There are a couple flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms but each bedroom has its own balcony. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. Our family really enjoyed staying at Villa Margarita. It was nice to be so close to the beach and also have the option to hang out at the pool. The house and the pool were very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Also, the house was tastefully decorated. Thanks for making our first vacation rental experience so wonderful.

Villa Graneda is a fantastic vacation property. It is very well maintained, very clean and modern. There is plenty of space on each floor and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The three levels provide a lot of privacy if you travel with two families or a large group. The kitchen is also very well equipped and the outdoor grill is great (easy to use and very clean). The pool is great to refresh and our kids loved it. The property management has a weekly service for the pool maintenance that will come and clean it directly. The location is unbeatable. Walking distance to groceries, supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream, bars, restaurants, playground and the BEACH. Dealing with By The Sea Vacation Villas was wonderful. Very helpful team, knowledgable and honest. They suggested best options for us based on our group size and needs. We had a couple of extra requests as the result of traveling with babies and everything was delivered as promised. The team is great and Jason the manager is outstanding. We have extensive experience traveling around the world, the USA and Florida and we know that renting properties can be very stressful and disappointing if you end up in the wrong place or having to deal with the wrong people (unfortunately there are a lot of it in FL) . We stayed at Villa Grenada 36 in Lauderdale by the Sea. The place was absolutely fantastic. Plenty of room for us and our friends. The location doesn't get much better than this. Restaurants, Shopping, Groceries and Beach all within 5 min. walk. We are looking forward to next year already.

Having just returned home from a month long stay at The Villa Grenada, I would like to thank The Sea Vacation Villas property management team for a memorable vacation that my family will not soon forget. The villa was surprisingly spacious, complete with high-end interior design and maintained to pristine cleanliness. The pool provided hours of entertainment for our toddler and relaxation for my wife and I. When seeking activities, the location of the villa couldn't have been more accommodating as we were within walking distance of playgrounds, sporting fields, basketball courts, quality dining and of course the beach. Although not a common attraction, our 19 month year old son loved passing by the fire station and they were kind enough to show him the trucks and even sit in them! The hospitality of The Villa Grenada made our travels effortless as they were kind enough to provide a high chair and pack and play setup for our toddler, which was unexpected but certainly appreciated. The professionalism of the service and quality provided during our stay has already prompted me to begin planning our next stay at The Villa Grenada, and I will be sure to recommend this location to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

I've rented this house twice in the last year. We loved our experience with this house and the property management team so much we returned again this year!! The house is beautiful and very spacious with plenty of room for lots of different family configurations. The home comes well stocked with all amenties and they even provide beach towels and chairs. The location is ideal with only a few minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Park across the street is perfect for younger kids to play. The pool is a bit small but perfect for a nice dip in the afternoon after a day at the beach. The property management team is delightful to work with and are exceptional at tending to specific requests if possible. Just can't say enough about the house or our experience. We will be back for sure! Special shout out to Tiffany & Jason...you guys are awesome!!
