Ground Floor:
Upon entering Villa Riverside, you are greeted by a spacious foyer entryway revealing, from the moment you step inside this home, a spectacular open floor plan featuring direct view of the waterways and canal, the large outdoor area with heated pool. A perfect place for outdoor dining and entertaining. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room let in the light and frame the views of the water, and brings in the wonderful tropical sunlight of South Florida. The open formal dining area offers seating for twelve (12) with spectacular pool and water view. The living room is equipped with white leather sofas and a Flat Screen TV perfectly suitable for enjoying assorted films and sporting events. As an extra add-on, a billiard table for family fun is located in the same area. Natural light creates a soft glow highlighting at all hours of the day in this large open area.
Kitchen:
This impressive home features a spectacular kitchen, also with outdoor pool and water views. Additional bar seating to keep the chef company. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation and only requires you to bring food, beverages and condiments. Wrap around granite counter-tops are perfect for bar seating. There is plenty of space to cook the finest cuisine for all your family and friends.
Bedrooms:
Ground Floor Master Bedroom is equipped with 1 King Bed, full size bathroom with walk-in shower, Flat Screen TV, and glass doors to the outdoor pool and patio area, with a view of pool and waterway.
Additional bedrooms on the ground floor is furnished with Kingsize Bed, Flat Screen TV and a separate bathroom with shower nearby, and one with a Queen size bed overlooking the pool area with private bathroom.
Two bedrooms are located a few steps away. Both equipped with 2 Twin Beds with additional pull-out beds and Flat Screen TV’s. One has a private bathroom with shower, and an additional bathroom with shower in the hallway.
Second Floor offer two rooms, one is a large Master Suite with 1 King Bed and TV. The other room is an oversized bathroom with bath tub and separate walk-in shower.
Pool and Outdoor Area:
Villa Riverside’s Private Heated Pool & Lounge Area is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. Poolside chaise lounge chairs overlooking the waterway. Both spacious and private, the setting is truly magnificent. Sit back and relax, the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
