Great location and close to everything. The lanai is just perfect for watching the Maui sunsets! The pool at the complex is also great for the kids!

Love the location! It was close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. My husband love to run and the area was safe with lots of sidewalks. My daughters loved the pool because the water was warm in the evenings when the ocean breeze was cool.

Had a wonderful stay with 2 kids and grandparents. Loved that there were 2 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms. Gorgeous views! Loved watching the sunset every night from the balcony. Pool was short walk uphill and was heated which was great for the kids. Condo had beach toys, cooler and boogie board which was great. Short drive (could also walk) to Wailea beach which was perfect beach for kids and shops at Wailea was short walk. Would def recommend this place! Deb was very responsive and gave clear check in and out instructions.

The condo was beautiful! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset on the balconies. The unit had amazing ocean views. It’s within walking distance to the shops. Deb was wonderful, friendly and very responsive. Would recommend this place to all. 5/5 stars!

We stayed in the condo for a week, and couldn't have chosen a better place. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Deb and her team were a pleasure to work with before the stay, during, and after. The place was adequate. It was clean, had a nice view, quiet, and a nice balcony. The walk to the beach was about 15mins., and not fun carrying the older beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc., especially coming back with a slight uphill. It would have been nice to have a BBQ on the balcony. A community BBQ was about 100yds away, on the side of a hill, and unusable since it was out of gas, and we weren’t into the old school briquets.

The location in Wailea is perfect! The view of the ocean from the large balcony/lanai is beautiful. We enjoyed many sunsets there. The local cafe is a short walk away. The condo is located 5 minutes from amazing beaches and fabulous restaurants. Water attractions are nearby and spectacular natural attractions are within easy driving distance. Dragon’s Teeth was easily accessible and glorious! Wailea is known for good weather and fine food. It does not disappoint. The condo is lovely with comfortable furniture, a nice dining area, 2 bedrooms and baths and a modern kitchen. It’s a fine place to retreat after daily adventures discovering the magical island of Maui! Aloha!

We had a really nice stay at this Hawaiian home! We loved the full kitchen, and the equipment we were allowed to borrow (snorkel masks, beach chairs, and boogie boards). The views from the lanai were amazing, and we were so excited to spot whales. It was easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. I appreciated Deb's responsiveness as well. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo in Wailea. The views were amazing and the condo had plenty of space for a family of 4. The location was great. We could easily walk to Akamai coffee (great coffee!!) and plenty of shops nearby. The condo was clean, quiet and had all the essentials for cooking a meal while on vacation. We would definitely come again!

Our two week stay at Wailea Ekolu 204 was great! The view did not disappoint and it was nice to sit on the lanai under the ceiling fan to keep it cool during the day and evening. The space was just right for our family of four.

What a beautiful condo in Wailea! The perfect escape. We had a fantastic time staying at Deb's place and would come back in a heartbeat. The coffee place across the street was our first stop every morning, and the beach is maybe a 10 minute walk away. Thank you so much again for the fantastic stay! We loved Wailea and the condo.

We had such a wonderful time in Deb’s Ocean View Condo! The space was perfect for five of us as we had two couples and one child. We moved the twin bed to the living area and did pretty well with good privacy and lots of beautiful sunshine coming in the large lanai—we spent many hours on that lanai, watching GORGEOUS Maui sunsets! Also, we loved the fully functional kitchen and the nice K bed in the master bedroom! The AC was great as we visited in the summer, so when it got too hot, we just came inside to the cool! The location is great for all south side eateries and beaches, and the neighborhood is quiet and beautifully landscaped! We would definitely stay there again! Love the area and the cleanliness of the unit! Thanks, Deb for being a wonderful host to us! Aloha until we meet again, and Mahalo for everything!

This is a very nice unit in a very nice part of Maui. Very convenient to get to the great restaurants, beach, surfing, boat ramps, etc. The deco in the unit is a little dated. The balcony is a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Thank you Deb! We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay here! The description of 180 degree ocean views is totally accurate, far and away the best thing about this condo. There is nothing like sitting out on the patio watching the sun rise or set, feeling the trade winds, or seeing the sunlight shimmer on the water. It truly is spectacular. The property is also very quiet, especially compared to the hustle and bustle at the nearby hotels now that a lot of tourists are there. It was nice being so close to the Wailea hotels, though, if we wanted to eat there or just walk along the ocean front path. Ample parking next to the condo, and we never had a problem finding a space. There is a wonderful (and highly rated) coffee place nearby. One or two nights a week, there is great live music (mix of Hawaiian and Ed Sheeran) at a cultural event in the same small shopping complex where the coffee place is located. We just sat out on our balcony and enjoyed the wonderful local vibe. Walk to the coffee shop: two minutes. Walk to the beach: 10-15 minutes. Wailea shops: 5-10 minutes. Good snorkeling at nearby Ulua Beach (within walking distance; has a parking lot which tends to fill up early; parking is also free at the nearby Wailea Beach Hotel). We simply loved the whole experience and highly recommend this Maui island rental.

This condo in Wailea was perfect for my husband and I as we stayed here for the second half of our trip. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the ocean and nearby islands. It is close to beaches, shops and restaurants - not quite walking distance but a short, easy drive. Amenities were nice - coffee maker, beach equipment and pots/pans for cooking. Deb also left us a list of things to do around Maui which was very helpful. She was quick to respond when I had questions and check-in/out were very easy and quick. Would highly recommend! Thank you for such a hospitable stay in Wailea. We very much enjoyed the condo, especially the beautiful view of the ocean and nearby islands.

This condo is in a wonderful location just up from Wailea shopping center and the golf course. Lanai is large and seats 5 people, plus a bistro table for 2. It has a sweeping views of the ocean from the southern slopes of Haleakala, Kaho’olawe island, to the west side of the island. We enjoyed grabbing coffee from Akamai coffee and enjoying the view on the lanai. Another great aspect of the condo is its architeture - high, white wood covered ceilings, fans, and louvred windows on all sides to let the breeze in. It’s perfectly suited for tropical environment and we loved having the breeze so much that we didn’t even use a/c (which there are 3, one in each room, if you do need them). Furniture fits the tropical decor, though some pieces are showing age. Beds were very comfy and I loved having proper beds for 5 people, rather than having to use a pullout sofa which is a standard in 2-bedroom places. Plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, too! Deb was a fantastic host and quick communicator. She makes amazing kombucha which she was so kind to share with us. I suggested a couple of improvements (sliding doors didn’t function very well), and Deb offered to have it fixed while I was there or after. I would love to stay in this gorgeous and convenient condo again next time I’m in Maui. Thanks again for hosting my family, it was a pleasure communicating with you. Best, Jelena

Whale watching and nightly sunsets were amazing and enjoyed by us all! Deb was a fantastic host and extremely responsive in communications. She offered cleaning, brought new beach chairs and spoiled us with treats from her farm. The location in South Kihei is stellar! A five minute walk down the hill to the Shops at Wailea, a short drive to beautiful beaches and walking distance to the Wailea Blue Golf Course, not to mention Manolli’s Pizza, Monkey Pod, Ferraro’s at the Four Seasons and many other fantastic restaurants and shops. The grounds are kept beautifully manicured and the sunsets are fantastic! We also very much enjoyed the whales that were visible frolicking and playing every afternoon! Aloha Deb, Returning to 10 degree weather was painful after two weeks enjoying humid lovely weather in Hawaii! Thank you for everything you did to make our stay more enjoyable. Great location. Short drive to the Wailea beaches. Walking distance to the Shoppes of Wailea and some of the resorts.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, close to Wailea Beach and tons of shops and restaurants. The condo is stocked with all cooking utensils, towels, beach toys, and umbrellas. The place was perfect! We had a great time.

A great place as advertised. Our family of 5 loved it and unanimously voted that we would stay here again on a return trip to Maui. Debbie provides all that you need for accommodating a family at home or a day at the beach. Being close to Wailea beach made getting to the beach and back easy. The ocean views from the lanai were a nice way to start and end the day. I recommend this place for your trips to Maui. Thanks Deb. We really enjoyed the place. We stayed in this unit for 6 nights 7 days and it just felt like home. Everything we needed was stocked in the unit. We did stop at Costco on our way in for our week’s worth of meals we made each day. The beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and a small cooler was an added bonus and we used them everyday. The unit is very spacious.. the AC unit really cooled down the place during the day but through the night we would turn it off as the breeze felt throughout was very cool. The view is amazing to say the least. We had our morning coffee on the lanai and a few dinners watching the sunset as well. Loved all the big windows in the unit! The Wailea shops is a mere 5 minute walk down. The beach is walkable too but since we took all of our gears each time with our teenage boys we drove to the many different beaches in the area. Location is so convenient. This was our 2nd time to Maui as a family of 5. Everyone agreed we would return to this unit again!

Deb was very accommodating, honest and communicative. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and ideally located. The Mitsubishi mini split air conditioning was appreciated during the hotter weather. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this space to a couple, two couples or a small family.
