A minimum stay of 2 nights required during standard rental dates.

  • All reservations require a $100 deposit that is non-refundable if cancelled within six weeks of reserved dates.
  • Stays of less than 4 nights may not be booked more than 6 weeks in advance. 


  • There is a cleaning fee of $50 per stay for this unit.
  • If you are bringing a pet, there is a $6 fee per pet per day ($30 per week) as well as an additional $10 charge on your cleaning fee.
  • The rental rate for this unit is based on an occupancy of four guests. If you have more than four guests, there is an additional charge of $6 per person per day.
  • Special rates apply for Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends as well as July 4th.
