The condo was amazing!!! Slept three adults comfortably. So close to the pool, had air conditioning that came in handy when it got really hot. The bathrooms were spacious. Everything was explained in the instructions that were there…and so many recommendations for activities and places to eat. All the dos and don’t spelled out for people who aren’t familiar with the area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back! 10 out of 10!!!

our stay in Unit 117 was absolutely relaxing for a week to celebrate my birthday. over looking the pool and ocean is heavenly. This resort is right up the hill from the marina so boat rides to snorkel and sail are easy to arrange and enjoy. Great restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the best shrimp ceviche I ever tasted. Terrasol resort should not be missed. Fireworks from the nearby resort were spectacular!

We had a wonderful time at Terrasol. The unit was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The beach was magnificent to look at and walk on, but you can't swim as it is too rough. There are two very nice pools with views of the ocean and one has a swim-up bar. The restaurant is basic bit good and faces the water. and a good gym. The whole place is surrounded by sand which makes you feel relaxed and like you are walking out of your unit onto the beach. easy walk to town.

This is a fabulous unit! Terrasol is our favorite place to stay in Cabo because it is so convenient to the Marina and restaurants. It's also convenient to the many tours for whale watching, sunset cruising, etc. Check-in was easy and everyone at the resort was friendly. We can't wait to come back!

We had a fabulous vacation at Terrasol and especially at unit 117. The owner, Troy, has a fabulously newly remodeled and modern unit, with new stove, oven and refrigerator. The baths are completely remodeled and everything works quite well. This is probably the best furnished unit and you will lack for nothing upon arrival. It is light and bright and the view is great. The propane BBQ works great and is very handy when cooking up a steak or some of your freshly caught fish. Any issues that might crop up are quickly resolved as Troy has a friend who manages the unit. One text or phone call to Johnny and poof.... problem solved. The greatest recommendation is that I will hopefully be able to stay at this unit again next year. Another plus is that the owners and long term renters are most friendly and make you feel like you are part of a very special community. Thank you Troy and Johnny for making our stay in Cabo fantastic. Also thanks go out to all of the wonderful staff at Terrasol, Carlos, Misael, Ester, Caesar, and Dora, as well as the security and grounds keepers and cleaning staff. If you are fortunate enough to rent this condo trust me you'll be glad you did.

What a wonderful, beautiful and relaxing resort! We enjoyed the ocean views and whale watching from our room! The food at the restaurant was delicious with very attentive and friendly staff. A great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet low key vacation experience.

We could not be more pleased with our stay in unit #117 at Terrasol Resort!!! The condo is in the perfect location within the resort...literally steps from the pool with the swim up bar and the palapa restaurant. The unit is properly represented with the pictures on Airbnb. The kitchen is VERY well equipped...we cooked several times and everything we needed (and more) was there. There was even coffee from a previous occupant so we were able to have coffee the first morning before heading to the grocery store. I figured the next occupant would appreciate the same so made sure to pay it forward and left some coffee for them as well!!! The beds were very comfortable with nice linens, the AC was great, the towels were plush and there were plenty of beach towels. The resort was well maintained and the front desk was helpful in booking our Covid testing...the person came to the condo, it was great! The owners were very responsive and communicated well with us when necessary. They even send you an email with information you need once you get to the condo and general Cabo info...we found this very helpful! If you enjoy staying in the marina area then DO NOT hesitate to book this condo!!!!!

Perfect view of the ocean, beach, pool...and whales! It was a great place with everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at Terrasol several times over the years. Friendly staff, great location, convenient to all activities and very comfortable. Had young grandkids along this trip and they absolutely loved it! Mike F.

I rented unit 117 for a week. Check in was very easy, I paid for additional maid service and at the same time the Covid tests needed to leave as well as parking for the car. unit 117 Was very clean and other than the master bathroom was exactly like the pictures. The master bathroom picture in the advertisement is not the same bathroom although it is close. in real life everything is closer than it looks in the pictures as I think they probably used a slight wide angle lens. What this means is the beach is much closer than it looks like. Which is fantastic! I saw whales while sitting on my patio every single day. I also ate breakfast and lunch at the Palapa restaurant and it was very good and priced very reasonably. every employee of the resort that I came in contact with was very nice and professional. The unit I was in was very good, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality kitchen tools and appliances. It does take a while for hot water to show up in the sinks and the shower, and the water pressure is not the greatest. I did not complain about that because I figured it’s part of the environment. It’s not bad but it may not be what you’re used to at home so be aware of that. Overall this was an excellent place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone

This was our first visit to Cabo. Our stay in #117 was great. The unit location was perfect and very comfortable. The unit was clean and very accommodating for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would most definitely plan anther stay there!

We arrived and stayed a week for my birthday! The view from the patio was of the pool, palapa bar, with the ocean behind is out of a dream! The two bedroom unit was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals (eating outside on the patio and listening to the ocean was great). The marina and town were withing walking distance (no need for taxi or uber) with us. The weather was continuously marvelous (low 80's daily) even though hurricane Enrique skirted by (went up the sea of cortez). We intend to return for this birthday present every year!

Just what the Doctor ordered. The room was amazing in layout, furnishing and placement on the property. A highly enjoyed relaxing place in Cabo. Would definitely recommend the location and the room. We will definitely go back.

Thank you Terrasol for a wonderful home away from home *oasis* for my birthday trip! Our 2-bedroom condo was perfect inside and out. The beds were very comfortable, towels were so soft and plenty of them, everything was clean and it was so nice having a full kitchen when we wanted to eat in. The outdoor patio quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax, when we weren't enjoying the pool and pool bar with Tina of course!! Tina, the bartender at the Palapa Pool Bar, was so kind and inviting and fun to see every day. She took great care of us! Thank you Tina! And Carlos at the front desk was very kind and helpful as well. He greeted us with a warm welcome, helped us arrange shuttle transportation and communicated closely regarding the scheduling of our covid tests. Thank you Carlos! The only thing that wasn't in the condo that we were expecting based on the pictures was the filtered water system. We would have gotten a lot more water at the store on the way in if we knew that wasn't going to be there. All-in-all, not a big deal, just would have been nice to know. :) Thank you again Terrasol! Can't wait to return!

Everything was just like we imagined. Pools were great, the palapa bar was clean and sanitized the food there was excellent. All of the people who work there were so nice and accommodating. The unit itself was clean and there was enough of everything. We had to be COVID tested to come home and Carlos helped us with that. We will be back.

Spent a week in 117 and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The unit was clean and updated with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and entertaining. It also had a strong internet connection for the few work calls during our stay. Plenty of space for us and the other couple we were traveling with. Staff at the Terrasol was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Guest: Elizabeth Stayed February 2020 I am actually still here, but wanted to start my rave review! We have 5 women staying here. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of clothing and bathroom storage for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked a lot! There are plenty of very nice bath towels/washcloths, etc. for everyone. We wished we had come to the condo prior to grocery shopping to take inventory as there was an over abundance of supplies already here. (Garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, salad dressing, chips, etc.) The setting and view are perfect! We saw whales almost every day and chuckled at all the tour boats with paying customers to see what we saw for free. Bring your binoculars! We spent hours and hours on our patio. The pool is so convenient just a few steps away so you have the best of both worlds. We could walk right out to the beach for wonderful walking. It is truly very laid back and quiet here and the staff and guests are all so friendly. Many of the guests we had spoken to have been here multiple times. The walk to the marina and restaurants/shopping is easy and a short distance. It is the best of both worlds.
