Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards.

Terrasol Resort charges the following fees upon check-out.  They are the responsibility of the renter:

Resort Fee: 1-2 Guests - $19.50/night; 3-4 Guests - $24.50/night; 5-6 Guests $29.50.

Cleaning Fee: $125

Parking: $5/day

Unfortunately, pets of any size or kind are not allowed at Terrasol Resort.
