Oceanfront and pool/restaurant front! Felt very safe! Nice not seeing the parked cruise ships and enjoyed no vendors. Also not crowded with people like a resort. If we wanted entertainment, we just stayed in town later into the evening. We had our driver (Danys Cabo) stop at Walmart to get beverages/water and snacks on the way. Restaurant had great pancakes and a club sandwich! Both pools were heated. Waves sounded amazing at night. Saw whales in the ocean from our patio. Air conditioning worked wonderful in each room. Very easy walk into town/marina. Beds were super comfortable and we had many pillows. The “Alexa” was nice for listening to music inside and out on the patio. They supplied plenty shampoo and body wash Only slight problems were the smell in the master bathroom. The master bathroom and had very low pressure in the shower and it took forever to get warm. And some tlc needed for wear and tear (outside slider door in master hard to lock/barn door into master bathroom comes off it’s hinges/pantry closet doors in main room, came off of its hinges. Also be careful with the dishwasher……it’s not really set in place. We would definitely stay here or in a different condo within Terrasol Condos again!!

This condo was simply awesome ! The view from the master bedroom is all ocean. You are lulled to sleep by the crashing waves. The sunrise never fails to please. The patio was spacious and a great place to spend time. You sit a short distance from the smaller of the two pools, as well as the Palapa Restaurant, so getting drinks was a breeze. The renters of this condo communicate well and are a wealth of information about the area. Also they are attentive if you have an issue. Overall a great place to stay if you like awesome

We had a great time as usual there! This was our second visit. We stayed in unit 132 and it was beautiful. The bar and restaurant people were wonderful Dora and the other two folks. Regular food was very good and they cooked our fresh fish and made ceviche and garlic and butter with it! It was delicious! The pool by the bar was very cloudy though a few days and wasn’t as clean as it normally is, but not a big deal. We love it’s tranquility and had a full moon and watch turtles lay there eggs! Just a fabulous trip ??!

Overall the condo met our expectations. It was clean and pretty well stocked with initial necessities. Location was great . You could easily walk into town and the beach outside the back patio was pretty much empty. The sounds of the waves crashing was wonderful. A few things to take note - The dishwasher is not bolted in which caused it to fall forward each time the door was opened and the kitchen sink facet is not bolted in either. It may save on wear and tear if corrected. The front door screen handle broke off due to corrosion and the back sliding glass door screen is beyond use and repair. It needs to be replaced. It may also be a good idea to snake the plumbing lines after rentals as they did back up a bit and I am sure that is due to sand issues. All fixable and just due to beach location and typical wear and tear. Would definitely stay at this condo again. Thank you for sharing your Cabo condo with us!

I recently stayed in this unit. We had the time of our lives! The unit was very clean. We loved being right next to the pool and pool bar! The food at the pool bar was reasonably priced and good! I loved that the resort was quiet and it felt like we were the only ones there! If you are looking for a quit relaxing vacation with out the hustle of the down town area I would definitely stay here.

We have been coming to Cabo for many years and seem to always come back to Terrasol due to its private and peacefulness. We absolutely love the condos and location. Everyone is friendly and the resort is so quiet. The beach is private therefore you don't get attacked while on the beach with all the people selling souvenirs. We come back every year and it just keeps getting better.

We've stayed at Terrasol for Christmas for many years and rented several different units. This year we were a party of six (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 child and a boyfriend) The grandparents and parents stayed in unit 132...oceanfront and the kids stayed in unit 236...a ways back with with an incredible view of the ocean and the marina and a rooftop patio. Unit 132 is next to the restaurant, which creates some traffic when you're on the patio. For some reason, everyone thinks you "live" there and asks when the restaurant opens and feels obligated to offer a hello and good morning. This is not a bad thing...just be prepared for conversations with other visitors. Both units were clean and well equipped...as they always are. Ester, at the front desk, is SO helpful and easily answers any questions. The food at the palapa/restaurant is great...please try the pancakes...you'll be glad you did. Terrasol is the perfect location for walking to the marina, to town or neighboring resorts. Beautiful views. Quiet days and nights. Easy living. Great vacation. We'll be back next year!
