We had three families get together for the first time and it was wonderful! This property allowed us to all be together and able to separate and spread out without bothering each other or feeling like we were in the way. The boat and lake access was amazing and we enjoyed Lake Martin like we always do! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.

This was our second year to stay at 86 Creek and like last year, we were not disappointed. There was plenty of room for our group of 11. I love the fact that there is a living room and a den with enough space between them that you don't hear the kids that were in the other room. The kids love jumping off the floating dock and the pier is really nice as well. They were both redecked since last year. We look forward to going back again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very accommodating for our family The community boat ramp was great to have so convenient. The location of the house was great. Location in a slough provided great swimming area for the kids. Look forward to returning.

We were in the area for a wedding/reception that was held at the Church in the Pines /The Ridge Club. This home was clean, comfortable, and only a short drive to the festivities. It is an older home in an established neighborhood, not a vacation community. It has a pier and dock, but water looked a bit murky for swimming. Has outdoor living space; a porch with both gas and charcoal grills, table and chairs with cushions, a patio near the water with lounge chairs, and a fenced backyard if you bring the dogs. Large carport keeps your car from baking in the sun. Two smart televisions and functional Wi-Fi. Four good-sized bedrooms, two of which also contain a twin-sized bed, perfect for kids. Several dining tables for feeding a large group, if necessary. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Not a hotel, so there is no bar soap or free coffee packet...but all the comforts of home, away from home!

We had a family reunion at the lake house. Our family traveled from three states. Everything was perfect. We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay at 86 Creek. We thoroughly enjoyed both visits. The house is spacious with lots of gathering room. It's on a great lakefront lot a d has plenty of parking . We had 6 vehicles with room to spare. A clean comfortable property.

We enjoyed our stay! Everyone enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Even had a chance to book a fishing charter ! Meeting place with our captain was close enough to have us on stripers in about 15 minutes after launching early morning! A couple of issues with the house were quickly addressed and solved.The house was very inviting and comfortable!

86 Creek was the perfect home for our long weekend getaway for Memorial Day. The house is perfectly laid out which allows for everyone to have their own space. Having two living room areas with TV's was also a huge plus. The pier was perfect for fishing as well as swimming. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils that you could possibly need. A Dollar General is located less than 5 minutes away for anything that you may have forgotten. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had the best weekend at this home! It is spacious and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. We were visiting our daughter, who is an Auburn student for Easter weekend. Since our family includes children ranging from college age to 6 years old, it was important for us to find a place with something for everyone. This home is right on the lake with a big pier/dock and our teenage boys loved the kayaks to explore and fish from. They caught several Bass while their parents enjoyed watching from the deck and patio. The neighborhood is convenient to a few stores and is very quiet/peaceful. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay at this house. Everything was so nicely accommodating and very roomy and comfortable!!! Working with Cindy was such a pleasure and everything explained so easily! For years and years we have came to Lake Martin and always stayed at another location but it was not available this due to maintenance so we found this location and we are so glad we did. This will be the house we book from now on for our spring fishing group!!! We definitely will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We loved how roomy the house was with plenty of room for visitors. The furnishings were comfortable and made you feel at home. Will definitely return next year.

Our family enjoyed our stay at 86 Creek. The layout of the house is great for a family to spread out. The flat lot and short distance to the water was perfect. The views of the water from the kitchen and dinning area was so pretty. Most of all we were thankful to be able to bring our fur baby and for the fenced yard!

Our family had a nice & relaxing weekend. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen when we grilled out. It was nice to have two grills provided. Another plus was having an outdoor refrigerator. The porch, docks and all of the outdoor furniture was a plus for our outdoor time spent on the peaceful lake. We enjoyed meeting the sweet neighbor out feeding the fish. The house is convenient to Alex City to get items we needed to cook, close to Kowalgia to eat out and by water in a great location. There is plenty of room inside as their is a large den for watching football & another where the young ones can play games, etc. Beautiful views from so many rooms but I enjoyed sitting on the pier every morning & afternoon enjoying the peaceful, serene water & sun. We look forward to being able to return hopefully soon.

This is the second time we rented this lake house this year. It is a very nice home on the water with great accommodations. We would highly recommend to others. Scott Stephens

This house is spacious and so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. There is a large yard leading down to lake and it is partially fenced if you bring a dog. The dock is big and great for fishing. The nice thing is the extra refrigerator on the carport area.

This is a beautiful lakefront lot with a partially fenced backyard to corral little ones when dining outside. The house is much larger than expected and has plenty of open space and separate bedrooms. We'll be back!
