Your cabin reservation process works like this..... Once you enter your credit card information and submit your reservation your card will be charged a $90.00 deposit to reserve your cabin. You will receive an email receipt with an order # and a breakdown of what you were charged and what is due. The amount owed after the $90.00 deposit will be due on the day of your arrival and that amount will show on your emailed receipt.
Cancellation policy- Because our vacation property rents by advance reservations, and we incur costs from cancellations. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before your arrival date you forfeit the $90.00 deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within (14) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full rental payment. Late arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We do make every effort to be considerate of our guests’ emergency situations, and if we are able to book a replacement rental, we will refund the payment, minus the deposit, to the original guest.
