Begonia (SVR-00537)is a 1500sq-ft duplex apartment facing north onto historic Washington Square. 

The first floor has an open floor plan.  
There is a front living area with a gas fireplace, central dining area, and rear gourmet kitchen.  
A half bath is nestled under the stairs to the second floor. 
The ceilings are high with decorative medallions and a living-room ceiling fan. 
The floor in the living and dining areas is hard wood and there is ceramic tile in the kitchen.

The second floor has two bedrooms; front and rear, each with its own bath and each with a ceiling fan.  
The front bedroom has a king-size bed and the bath a full tub .  There is a separate vanity area .
The back bedroom has a king-size bed and the bath has a 5' walk-in shower also with a separate vanity area.  
The bedroom ceilings are 10ft and all floors are carpeted. 
A stackable washer/dryer is in an alcove off the hall. 

There is central air-conditioning and heat.

The front living room has a wide-screen hi-def tv over a gas fireplace with a queen sofa-bed couch. 

The central dining area seats six under a chandelier. 
The rear gourmet kitchen has a microwave, stove, garbage disposal, refrigerator and dishwasher and Kuerig coffee machine. Dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are provided.  The large center island seats four. Also provided are paper towels, napkins, dishwashing liquid and detergent.
The upstairs front bedroom faces onto Washington Square  while the back bedroom faces the courtyard and the carriage house beyond.
