Our spectacular Oceanfront Estate entrance consists of a dramatic 30 feet vaulted ceiling overlooking our infinity edge pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Oceanfront home consists of a North Wing and South Wing, with the connecting center space consisting of Living, Dining, Billiards and Kitchen area.
The Center Area of Estate consists of our dining area consists of a 110" Arhaus 'Petra' Dining table w/10 Anima Domus Italian leather chairs, our billiard area of The Alta 8' Slate Pool Table in marble grey finish by American Heritage Billiards. It's a perfect combination of modern design and professional performance. Its sleek, minimalist design and versatile features make it a standout centerpiece for our contemporary home. The 1-inch, 3-piece certified slate playing surface, K66 premier cushion rubber, and internal drop pockets. The black matte diamond rail sights. The Alta is as versatile as it is stylish. The bedrooms consist of a North Wing Master bedroom with King size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom highlight the master bedroom. North Wing of Estate also consists of one bedroom to west with two queen size beds, one bedroom to east with two twin beds, both sharing a jack/jill bathroom. The South Wing Master bedroom with King size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom highlight the master bedroom. The South Wing of Estate also consists of one bedroom to East with two queen size beds, one bedroom to West with two queen size beds, both sharing a jack/jill bathroom.
The Kitchen is Fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features all new stainless-steel appliances. Frigidaire select refrigerator, Dishwasher, microwave, oven/cooktop, undercounter freezer, and undercounter wine fridge.
The Laundry room is fully equipped laundry room with Upper and Lower Frigidaire Washer/Dryer, Sink, extensive cabinetry.
Our pool is an Infinity edge pool (20'x33.3'), Jacuzzi (10'x10'), Pool area bathroom, exterior pool shower overlooking ocean, (6) pool lounge chairs, (10) chairs, Restoration Hardware couch and chair, and BBQ area.
