Dogwood Pointe was the ideal lake property for our big family to rent. We were able to spread out and enjoy time together in big common spaces as well as time apart to rest in our bedrooms. The location and view were magnificent. The property was fully equipped with every convenience, and we especially enjoyed gathering in the big kitchen to cook meals together. We spend five wonderful days playing on the lake and exploring the area, which was easily accessible because of the convenient location. Lake Martin Realty was very helpful and responsive as we set things up, and we look forward to coming back to Dogwood Pointe in the future.

Absolutely splendid place & process! Michelle & Lily were extremely helpful but we didn't need them for anything specific as everything at the house was in great working order, clean, etc. We had three couples, two babies under 3 years old and two extras and there was more than enough space. The views, porch, and overall property are perfect for a getaway. The owners have done a wonderful job on their recent renovation of the home and we will definitely look to rebook for any trips to Lake Martin.

My friends and I, along with our children, absolutely loved this house. The kitchen was spacious and had everything you need to prepare meals, cook, and clean. The large porch was absolutely perfect and there was plenty of seating for all. We enjoyed watching our children play on the dock and around the fire pit from the porch which gave a clear view of them. Everything inside the home was clean, updated, and beautiful. From ages 3 to 40, fun was had by all. We could not have picked a perfect house for this experience.

We all thoroughly enjoyed this house! The loft and game room was perfect for children and the king rooms were large and perfect for the adults. The large front porch is absolutely amazing! We loved being able to see our kids on the dock perfectly from the porch. All enjoyed making s'mores and grilling with the most beautiful view!

Beautiful house with multiple gathering areas both inside and out. Large, functional kitchen, large bedrooms & Great Lake frontage. Would definitely stay again.

I cannot even begin to explain well enough just how amazing this home was for our family vacation. The newly renovated and super clean home was above and beyond the photos we saw online. The location and the entire property met every need we could think of as a group. Michelle and Lily were very professional and timely in every correspondence. They helped to make our first visit to Lake Martin one to remember. If you want a home that is laid out to live large with the main floor living and deck area, you'll really like this home. It really does make you feel special and appreciate one of the best views a visitor, of the lake, could ask for. We will be back and we are thankful for how well this home met every need we had. Thank you!

What an amazing lake house! This home checks all the boxes and more. Our family really enjoyed the time we had staying here. We've created life long memories here too and we're thankful to have our first experience on Lake Martin. This is a 5+ star home and we hope to be back again.

From the moment we opened the front door at this property we knew we had made the right choice. Absolutely beautiful views of lake Martin greet you immediately. The property is updated with everything you would ever need and the property itself is gorgeous. With deep and shallow water access the lake front location was perfect for older and younger children to enjoy. Our family also rented a pontoon boat for the week from ridge marine and the boat house was large enough to accommodate. The property location on the lake was close to lots of things to do by water. We loved the kayaks and paddles boards and used them everyday. Whether we wanted to veg out on the spacious couch on the main floor or have the kids watch a movie in the basement so mom and dad could watch a movie from the over sized balcony sleeper swing this property has everything lake life should be. Michelle was more than gracious with her time and communication with the property. If we had any questions on anything she was quick to respond. Our first time to the lake was a huge success. We loved it for our family of 7 and we will be back.
