Amenities & Accommodations

Our home can sleep up to 6 people, however, I would say 4 would be the perfect amount for comfort. In one bedroom you will find a queen size bed, and in the other there is a full size bed, with a twinish size futon, as well as a futon mat that can be used to sleep 1 person, and the comfiest sofa. We have a Keurig, microwave and full size fridge for your snacks and beverages.

Rental Policies and Conditions

While we hope that you make our home, your home, for the time you're with us. But also, take care of our cozy spot in the Hill Country. Love it and care for it, like you love your own place. We do ask that if you are smoker, you smoke outside. A $30 cleaning fee is charged per reservation. A $50 refundable pet deposit is withheld and released if there is no damage. 


Located centrally in the Texas Hill Country. Minutes from Texas State University, less than half and hour from New Braunfels and Gruene, 15-20 minutes to Wimberley.
