Absolutely no parties! All guests are expected to follow house and community rules. Quiet time is 9pm to 8am.
No smoking indoors, please don't throw your cigarette butts in the yard.
Please no shoes inside the house as it's mostly carpeted.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full access to the entire home, yard, and private dock.
Other things to note...
From the week of Memorial Day to Labor Day: we require a minimum 7-day booking but there are times where there might be orphan dates in the middle so 2-5 days can be available.
Please read the following basic rules very carefully:
1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to the booking channel. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.
2. Absolutely no "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.
3. Absolutely no smoking or vaping (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.
4. Quiet Hours 9pm-8am. Please understand many of our neighbors are full-time residents of the lake. Quiet time is 9pm-8am. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces during quiet hours but please no loud music or yelling.
If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Our home is equipped with exterior security cameras and are capable of recording video and audio. These cameras are located in the front of the house facing the driveway, and the rear of the house facing the lake.
Treasure Lake doesn’t allow any outside boats on the lake. You CANNOT bring your own motorized boat. There are no exceptions to this rule and there’s nowhere on the lake to rent a motorized boat for a day.
FOR GUEST USE:
We provide for your use, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and 1 paddle boat. Life Jackets and fishing rods are available for your use in the storage shed. Please return all equipment where you found it. Please take care of all equipment so the next guest and also enjoy the using them.
