The open floor plan allows for good flow from the well equipped kitchen with eating bar, dining room & living room. There is a great freestanding propane fireplace to unwind and read a book by.

There is one bedroom on the main level with a king-size pillow top bed, ceiling fan and skylight. The second bedroom is an upstairs open area loft, which overlooks the living room. There is a king-size bed in the loft with double skylights that lead to views of the stars & towering cedars above. The bathroom has double sinks and a separate shower/toilet area.  There is a full size washer & dryer in the utility room. Other amenities include internet, wifi, dvd player, cable tv & built in microwave.

The cottage is decorated in cheery colors reminiscent of a French country cottage, complete with hand painted décor. The pine plank floors from New Hampshire add charm & warmth. Views of passing boats and whales can be glimpsed from the living room and deck or often some of the local deer, as there is an abundance of wildlife!

Come explore all that downtown Langley has to offer! Excellent restaurants, art galleries, boutiques and specialty shops. There is a public beach access at the Seawall Park, for beach combing, swimming or picnicking. For those hikers or mountain bike riders, the Saratoga Woods, is less than a mile away!

Whidbey Island has the tranquility and beauty of a remote refuge, and yet it is less than two hours from the Seattle metro area!
