We purchased our Condo to share with families looking for that perfect and affordable beach vacation. We welcome each of our guests and encourage feed-back on your stay as well as any suggestions that would have made your stay more enjoyable. Please sign our guest book! 

1 bedroom / 1 bathroom with large living room, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious balcony with amazing ocean views. Located right on the beach. No walking long distances or having to cross the street. We offer 2 beach chairs with umbrella, so no need to lug around your own beach chairs.  

****All guests must check in with front office or security shack to purchase arm bands and parking pass. Only guests on reservation will be provided with arm bands. Arm bands must be worn at all times while on property. Parking Pass is $35.00 and arm bands are $5.00 each. Occupancy is 4 guests maximum.****  


Our Sunbird condo is privately owned, 1bedroom, 1 bath and 609 sq. ft, vacation rental located on the 10th floor with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico from our private balcony.

And we have not forgot about the most important start to your day...COFFEE! Our coffee station features the Keurig for that perfect cup of coffee to jump start your day.

Must be 25 years of age to rent unit. Pets are not allowed on property. A $150.00 cleaning fee is applied during booking.
