The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk ( like 50 yards) or bike ride to the beach, shops, and local restaurants. We especially loved the screened-in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The sunsets were stunning, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind. The hosts were very responsive and provided great local tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and memorable stay in paradise. We’re already planning our next visit!

Had a great stay again at Candy’s condo at the Sundial Resort. We are repeat guests, having stayed here several times. Candy is a great host and always does well for us. It is great to see the progress the resort has made and we look forward to seeing things restored more fully. The beach is much improved with the restoration that has been done. We will be back! Location was perfect, view of the gulf was amazing. The lanai was the perfect spot to watch the nightly lightning storms! The beach life was amazing, we had never seen so many sand dollars and active shells. Even saw turtle tracks to a new nest and back to the sea. Thank you for the beach chairs, beach towels and supplies. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was sure helpful. Beds were comfy!

Sundial B306 was ideal for our vacation! The water view is amazing, and it made eating breakfast on the screened balcony the perfect way to start the day. The unit is a very short walk from the pristine, uncrowded beach, and we enjoyed shelling, sand castle building, long walks and time in the gulf waters. The set up of the unit was ideal for the five of us and having two separate bathrooms was so nice! The furnishings and beach decor added so much and made it really feel like a beach vacay! Everyone we met was helpful and kind. It made our first vacation with our grandbaby so memorable! And the umbrella, chair, toys and shelling nets were very much appreciated and used! We have been to Sanibel Island several times and have always used Candy. This summer we brought our son and 14 yr old granddaughter. We all and a great time and the accommodations in this two bedroom were perfect for our needs. We will be back in Sagebrush 2022.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at this condo! We flew down from Atlanta, so we couldn't pack a lot of the normal stuff we do when driving to the beach. Well, thankfully this condo has everything you need!! The beds were comfortable, the walk-in shower in the master was great, steps from pool and ocean, and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. We also greatly appreciated Candy's recommendations for stuff to do and places to eat - the Sanibel Thriller was a highlight! We would love to return soon. Our kids are already asking when we can go back.

We had a great time staying at Sundial resort. The grandkids loves the pool and the grandma loves the beach. We’ve stayed at sundial twice and has been an excellent vacation. Condo is always clean and a great view of the beach. Would recommend this to any family.

We stayed at Sundial B306 for our vacation/anniversary. Just a quiet get away for the two of us. This is a well appointed condo, very clean and has everything you need to cook your own meals. We only ate out 2 times the entire week. They have a great grilling station right below the condo, and we utilized that for our dinners. I highly recommend B306 if you love pelicans, the view is wonderful, and you will see hundreds of pelicans everyday!!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we've stayed in this room. It's perfect for our needs. Love the beach décor and it's very clean. As an extra bonus it has a washer and dryer which is really nice if you want to wash your clothes. Candy is really great to work with, answers promptly. Can't wait to book again for next year!

This is the 3rd time that my wife and I have stayed in Candy's Condos. My wife always comments on how nicely the Condos are decorated. We will always stay at Candy's Condo in the future . I hope that this good review does not make it harder in the future for us to reserve the week we want to stay. :)

Our family stayed in Sundial B306 for a week-long visit to Sanibel Island and we couldn’t have made a better choice! The location of the condo was perfect – super close the beach and pool – and the view from the condo was amazing. The unit was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed from towels and linens to beach chairs and an umbrella. The owner was very easy to work with and was very responsive to all our questions. Thanks for making our visit to Sanibel Island so great! We can’t wait to come back again!

B306 is the perfect yearly get-away for our family of 5. The screened lanai and comfortable accommodations never disappoint. The owner is helpful and easy to work with. We will continue to visit each year!

We had a great time in Sanibel at Unit B306. The place was clean, beds were comfortable and all electronics and appliances worked as they should. Candy has a nice book, game and movie collection that was provided as well. We also used some of the beach chairs and toys provided. We rented boogie boards, an umbrella and fishing equipment at a reasonable price at locations that were only 5 minutes away. The fishing was great! All of the restaurant recommendations were good and the beach and grounds at Sundial were very well maintained. The pool was very clean. Personally I preferred B306 from other units because it had a nice bedding configuration, washer and dryer and ocean view. But the best feature was that it's on the end of the resort and the beach is much less crowded in this area. At times there was nobody for 30 to 40 feet in either direction and only a few swimmers in the water. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stays in Sundial B306 never disappoint us! The owner is great to work with and maintains the property with all the comforts of home. We especially enjoy the screened balcony that affords a view of the surf. The beach here is lovely and quiet. This is a great place to get away!

B-306 was a beautiful little unit. We had everything we needed in the condo for our use while inside and out. The process and communication was seamless during checkin and checkout. After a long cold, wet winter the sunshine and warm temperatures were a very welcome reprieve.
