Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals. Sundial B307, my 1-bedroom condo at the Sundial on Sanibel Island has direct Gulf of Mexico views. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated with all new furnishings and artwork in 2019. Rent owner direct and save over adjoining Sundial Resort rates. Our condo has a direct oceanview (only a few steps to the beach), large screened lanai with sliding glass doors that open to the full width of the condo to allow for sea breezes and sounds of the surf. The condo is equipped with full kitchen: (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, electric juicer, blender, toaster, wine chiller and much more than you usually find in rentals). Sundial B307 offers a completely separate bedroom (not folding doors), washer/dryer, ceramic tile flooring, crown molding, and corian/granite countertops and more upgrades.

Amenities & Accommodations

To make you feel at home, we have a washer/dryer in unit, ceiling fans as well as air conditioning, hair dryer in bath, two cable TVs--2 flat screen TV's, DVD with small library, stereo, binoculars, wooden high chair, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, and two bicycles on loan. Free wireless internet, too.

This includes beach access, 4 condo swimming pools, wireless internet, BBQ grills and shuffleboard. Open to the public at adjoining Sundial Resort . . .tiki bar, restaurant, pizza & ice cream kitchen, Bailey's Marketplace, tennis (fee), spa services, and Sanibel Sea School.  Note some amenities may be delayed due to hurricane.

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards, Peer to Peer Payment, Bank Transfers.

  • Booking Fee $45 + tax
  • Tax Rate 11.5%

Booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations are subject to a $50 admin. fee and must be made 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days any prepaid monies may be forfeited.  Optional travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your vacation investment.

Upon reservation, I will take a credit card for 40% of total plus non-refundable bookig fee.  Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Final payment may be made by credit card with a 3% processing fee.

Open to the public at adjoining Sundial Resort . . .tiki bar, restaurant, pizza & ice cream kitchen,  tennis & pickleball (fee), spa services, and Sanibel Sea School.
