My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect with a nice beach view every morning. We really enjoyed the living space and noticed how very clean it was when we got there. We enjoyed everything about it And we will definitely be staying with Sanibel Vacation Rentals in the future! Candy was very helpful, nice, and very responsive to emails.

We had a wonderful time in Sanibel and B307 was the perfect place to stay. The condo has a lovely beach view and is well appointed with a full kitchen, washer-dryer, and screened-in balcony. The shower is strong and the bed is very, very comfortable. And, there's a convenient first-floor storage unit with bikes and beach items (chairs, etc.). Thanks for a lovely stay, Candy!

We love the layout and "beachy" decor of this condo, which was supplied with everything we needed during our stay. The view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico is wonderful. Obviously, we're not the only ones who love this condo, as it is consistently booked throughout the year. In fact, we have two more stays booked over the next year ... and we can't wait!

We have been staying at Sundial for several years now and LOVE B307! It is perfect for our needs, stocked with everything needed. It has a great view of the beach, just a few steps off the beach, and central location on the island, which makes riding bikes to many locations easy. Owner is great to work with. Recommended highly!

We enjoyed our stay very much at he Sundial B307. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We were even able to watch the Lunar Eclipse And Flower Blood Moon from the lanai! We always do a Peak and Pit at the end of vacation. My peak was definitely waking up and looking at the most beautiful view from our lanai every morning and feeling so peaceful. The condo is lovely and the king bed is amazing. So comfortable! We didn’t use the bikes because it was very hot, but there were 2 if we wanted to use them. We hope to come back again!

We have been spending a weeks vacation on Sanibel at Sun Dial for 10 years. We have always stayed at a condo that is owned and managed by Candice Harris. We love B307! It is perfect for two. You look right out over the gulf from the lanai that connects the living room and bedroom! After a walk on the beach, it’s coffee on the lanai and then off to one of our favorite local eatery. Then we visit the lighthouse and fishing pier. Then it’s back to the condo for beach or pool time. You will find the kitchen nicely appointed. We love that the condo is clean and well maintained! And, there is always plenty of parking! We love B307! And if you have any issues, Candy is a text away. She responds quickly to anything that may come up!

My husband and I have been renting for a few years from Candy, but this was the first stay in B307. It was a very relaxing vacation for our two week stay. The location is ideal for evening gulf views and it is close to the smaller resort pool that is generally not crowded but guests are all quite friendly. The unit is well taken care of, with a very comfortable king size bed as well as a nice modern kitchen and appliances. The unit was clean and modern and we were thrilled to have access to a unit washer and dryer and a walk-in shower. We rebooked for next year. This resort is well maintained and is a short bike ride or car ride to great restaurants and outings. Some internet issues but they resolved after a phone call to the internet service company.

This season we returned to Sundial B307 to spend our winter break in paradise. Never disappointed. Since we last stayed here the kitchen has been totally remodeled as well as all of the floors done in a beautiful plank tile. The lanai is a favorite place to be, reading a book, sipping tea, listening to the waves and enjoying beach gazing. Candy always makes sure that every detail is perfect. Couldn't ask for more.

Candy we truly enjoyed our two weeks at Sanibel. Love the new door lock system and the extra goodies such as bicycles, beach chairs, gift certificate. These were all very thoughtful and looking forward to next year. By the way we saw our first Gopher Tortoise. Kyle and Bonnie McNeil

Our 3 weeks on Sanibel in B307 were perfect. The condo is so well equipped with everything I would think of and then all the things I wouldn't think about. The view and sound of the waves lapping on the beach quickly becomes a soothing part of our adventure. B307 has a modern, well equipped kitchen all recently renovated. The living and bedroom areas are comfortable and so well decorated. We have stayed in Candy's condos for many years and we are always ready to return.

My wife and I vacation at Sanibel on a regular basis and we always stay at Candy's property. The units are always clean and are updated regularly. Candy is always easy to deal with .

Candy supplied everything we needed for our stay at condo B307. We're so use to bringing everything to enjoy our trip...But, on this trip you can't ask for anything better. Candy supplied bikes which we enjoyed riding around the island, beach cart, umbrella's, totes for the beach with ice packs already in freezer..so much I can't even begin to write it all down. My husband and I felt comfortable and relaxed staying here. Plenty of shells for everyone on the beach which was my favorite thing to do. Weather was beautiful and met different people from all over. Seen rabbits and iguanas everyday (interesting) View of the beach was absolutely breath taking . I've been a Florida girl all my life and I highly recommend this place. We have stayed numerous times at Sundial B307 and it’s always a joy! We really enjoyed the easy on-site registration, the newly remodeled kitchen and living room. Plenty of cleaning supplies so we felt very safe! The view is spectacular from the unit and you are steps away from the beach and the wonderful saltwater pool. We love the casual dinning at the Island Cow and Doc Fords! Taking the short drive to Captiva gives you a different experience. Make sure you at least stop in at the Key Lime Bistro for the best grouper, live entertainment and key lime pier! It’s an easy complete vacation! Check in and enjoy! Don and Anita Jolley

We really enjoyed staying in the condo. It has everything. Great view to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony. We prefer the beach and thankful there were chairs and umbrellas for our use. Love walking the beach and shelling. Saw some dolphins and rays in the water. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

We really loved staying at this condo. It is very clean. And Spacious . The beach is wonderful. The complex is very well maintained as well as very quiet and peaceful. We stayed in Sundial B307 and can’t say enough wonderful things! Candy, the owner, was awesome and make very helpful recommendations re events, restaurants, etc. The one bedroom condo was perfect for the two us. Nicely appointed and tastefully decorated with a wonderful view of the Gulf. The boys not reason we didn’t rebook for next February with Candy is because it’s already booked! Candy did find us another unit at Sundial but we will miss B307.

Candy’s condo was very cute and cozy. Condo is equipped with all your needs. It is exactly as pictures show. We enjoyed our week there, and look forward to another visit.

We stayed from July 11-18. First off Candy was very responsive to any questions and super nice! I work in the medical field and NEEDED this break badly. The doors to the lanai open all the way up. Not just the one door, so listening to thunderstorms roll in and the ocean waves while in bed was so relaxing. This is paradise right here! No need to pack much except your clothes and basic necessities for yourself. The condo is supplied with EVERYTHING from toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels ALL BEACH SUPPLIES (don’t bother bringing anything for the beach) laundry detergent to every cookware imaginable. Tons of ice trays and an ice maker! We packed our cooler full of drinks to the beach. I’m serious, everything you need is there! The beach is right outside your door and restaurants everywhere! We found some places that delivered as well. I can’t think of anything I would change or add to this condo. For anything you need (creamer,snacks, milk, sunscreen) Baileys is a bike ride away and although it’s small it has everything. Check out the tiki bar at the sundial resort behind Baileys too! We will be back I can say for sure and please, please don’t forget the doors open all the way!!

Candy Harris did a phenomenal job of remodeling this Sundial condo. The unit feels much larger than a 1-bedroom because of the open floor plan. The tasteful and comfortable furniture is a nice touch. A fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances to boot! We loved having the in-unit washer dryer during our 2-week stay. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the bikes and beach chairs included, what a great extra. Candy is a real professional at this. We have rented from her 3 times and are headed back in about 2 months for another 2-week stay.

This unit is just great. The layout makes is very livable for 2, with big sliders to the lanai overlooking the beach. The Sundial buildings, grounds and pool are very well maintained. The change from black-top to paver driveways and parking is a beautiful upgrade since our last visit. We have scheduled our visits in September, which is a slow time for businesses on Sanibel, but makes it easy to find great parking and no waiting at local restaurants and businesses. We followed Candy's recommendation to go to Periwinkle Place mobile home park to see the gorgeous exotic birds and animals (monkeys and lemurs) near the center of the community. The animals are very well-kept, and used to the residents caring for them, so are not shy. This was a real treat, and we stopped in again on our way off the island when our week ended. We ate at Matzaluna's twice, a full meal the first time and pizza the second. Very good, and fun atmosphere. George and Wendy's was excellent and we enjoyed our crab and salmon dinners, and there was entertainment in the bar after. Sanibel Fish House had a great (cheap) happy hour and we recommend the smoked fish dip - the best. Also ate at the Sanibel Grill (I believe same owner as Matzaluna and Timbers) for great food in sports bar atmosphere. If you want breakfast, it's the lighthouse cafe. We took a fishing charter with indigenous charter, captained by Tyler Wagner. He has a beautiful and clean boat, excellent equipment and we covered a lot of the bay between Ft Meyers and San-Cap. He made sure we caught fish!! Another easy and perfect vacation!!

Hi Candy, We have visited your beautiful condo in Sanibel for a weekly vacation for many years! We enjoy the week more every time we visit! The condo is lovely and has everything we need!! It is truly a home away from home! We look forward to visiting the island again next year and are hoping to stay in B307 , hear the waves at night and swim in the pool every day! Once again, we loved our stay at B307! My husband and I are busy professionals and love the total change in the environment when we stay on Sanibel. We love the beach access, pool access and ease of getting to local restaurants and attractions! Most days start off at the beach, then we would head out to the Light House and fishing pier. Followed this with a late breakfast at the Over Easy or Island Cow and then hit the pool. We have our old favorites for dinner, Mucky Duck on Captiva or Doc Fords but we also found a couple of new additions this year, Key Lime Bistro on Captiva and The Crab Shack on Sanibel. The accommodations are relaxed and very comfortable. If you are lucky enough to stay on Sanibel, you are lucky enough! We will be back!
