Beautiful home with wonderful views of the gulf of Mexico. Well appointed with all the necessary items needed. Plenty of room, natural light and many upgrades. The personal touches made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

We have rented Sundial F401 many times along with B306 as we bring our children and grandchildren for our stay on Sanibel Island. We love both units and all the amenities. Unit F401 has a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. My grandkids love all the sand and pool toys. The unit itself is beautiful, and the new changes to the flooring and bathroom are wonderful. When we come to Sanibel these are the only units we rent. My husband and I came to Sundial many years ago and stayed at the resort but once we found Candy’s units we have never gone back. Candy is wonderful to work with and very responsive. I can’t say enough about her units. We always love our stay in Sanibel.

I cannot say enough wonderful things of this particular unit. Candy was a pleasure to work with and very responsive for any communication. We’ve stayed at Sundial many times before- but this was the most spectacular trip my family and I have enjoyed. The view is 10/10 and thoroughly enjoyed from any angle, whether cooking or getting ready in the bedroom. The thoughtfulness put into the decor, everything you would need in the kitchen, or closets for easy living/cleaning up, have made our stay feel perfectly home away from home. The lanai is beautiful, the outdoor storage has absolutely everything you’d need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, kids toys!). Everything felt clean, safe, and special for those that enjoy Sanibel. Condo pool was perfect, beach was immaculate, never crowded and we enjoyed crystal clear water and perfect weather. Corner unit is one of the biggest we’ve enjoyed. Beds were very comfortable (always a hit or miss when away from home) and kitchen was thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Candy for having us. Reading your guestbook by the tv(all full, you need a new one!)- you can appreciate and tell that so many have loved your unit. Sunrises and sunsets were especially perfect all week. Best vacation that my mom and I have ever had on Sanibel oh, and we go every 4 months, The View was absolutely amazing the water was crystal clear and beautiful the breeze, the shells the umbrella and chairs that were there for us to use, the whole entire condo was perfect we feel so blessed we always try to pick a place and hope for the best, better than the one before and this one was hands-down the best and we stay in some really nice places candy was wonderful and very easy to deal with I hope to be staying there again a lot thank you so much for the perfect vacation

We enjoyed our Spring Break stay in this nicely furnished condo/home. It is perfect for families with plenty of space and a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The closet of beach gear was an added amenity that we appreciated. We always have a good experience with one of Candy's properties.

This condo is so well placed in the complex. The wrap-around lanai provides a great view of the beach, waves, and ocean . We sat out there for hours enjoying it all. Condo has just everything you need for the week and the storage unit is loaded with beach toys and equipment. We have rented from Candy several times and have always had a enjoyable stay.

Sundial F401 - a perfect place to stay. You could not have a better ocean view! It is very well stocked, can not think of anything it didn't have. We enjoyed the roominess of the condo as well and the upgrades we beautiful. Working with Candy is always easy and a pleasure. would highly recommend.

First time to Sanibel and not disappointed by our wonderful accommodations and weather! The location of condo was perfect and the view from condo was amazing from the 2 walls of glass windows and doors. Loved all the sunlight coming in. The condo was tastefully decorated and master bedroom bed was comfortable. We loved spending time on the wrap around balcony just watching and listening to ocean. Would definitely recommend and would rent again. The communication with owner was great. Thanks again Candy.

We really enjoyed our accommodations at the Sundial. The condo was very comfortable and included alot of extra amenities. The view of the beach was wonderful to look at. Highly recommend working with Candy!

We have stayed in both of Candy's 2 bedrooms at SunDial. F401 is our favorite because of the view and wrap around patio. Condo is CLEAN and had everything we needed including plenty of beach supplies. We've been coming to Sanibel for 18 years and always try to book with Candy!

We have rented several of Candy's properties at Sundial and all of them are very nice with good ocean views. The F401 condo is really spectacular and we have rented this property twice and intend on coming back again for years to come. Candy is easy to work with and prompt to reply.

We’ve just completed our 3rd -3week vacation in F401. As usual, vacations on Sanibel Island are amazing. We renewed old friendships & spent time in the sun. F401 is an amazing well equipped condo unit. We’ll be back next November.

We have stayed in this condo several times and just love it!! It is lovely and very inviting and you cannot beat the view from the screened in porch!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in F401 at Sundial Beach Resort and Spa celebrating my 60th birthday. The condo was so cozy!! Love love love that wrap around porch and that amazing view everyday. There is access to everything. Loved my morning swim and walking on the beach. We will definitely be back next year. Candy Harris was very pleasant and accommodating! I would highly recommend this place!!! ????

We love Sanibel and have stayed in several different condos over the years but since staying in F401 with friends several years ago, it is our go to condo. My husband and I request this unit even when it is just the two of us. The condo is spacious, nicely decorated, and the king size bed in the master is very comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping when away from home but not here. Candy provides everything’s you need for the beach, for cooking , or just relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the incredible view. We just got home and are already looking at the calendar so we can book F401 again.

Our trip to Sanibel was last minute. We called several places and either the calls were not returned or they had no vacancies or would not rent for less than a week. I spoke with Candy Harris (no relation) and she rented us one of her condos right on the beach. nothing was lacking from this condo. From beginning to end this was probably the best rental experience we have had. I will check with her whenever we need a rental in Sanibel/Captiva or Hawaii.

All four of us loved the incredible location and view of F401 Sundial. My husband and I, my daughter and her husband stayed in this lovely condo with a direct view of the Gulf and beach and overlooking the pool. I loved going out on the deck every morning and sitting in the glider just looking out at the beach and people watching. The screened in porch was wonderful to keep the "No see Ums away" and the deck furniture was so comfortable to relax in at the early morning or the end of the day. The condo is beautifully appointed just as it is pictured with a very comfortable sofa as pictured in the living room a well designed kitchen and two bedrooms, a master with a king bed that is really comfortable and a guest room with two twins. I loved the fact that there were two bathrooms one with a shower and one with shower and bath. There was also a full dining room to eat breakfast and lunch in the room if we didn't on the beach. It's perfect for a family of four or two couples. I can't say enough about how beautiful the view is! Also, it is a two minute walk to the beach from the room and the pool is right there (with a bathroom so you didn't have to go back up to the room!). That part of the beach was lazy with not too many people. It definitely was not crowded which is definitely different from the Ft. Lauderdale Beach. So if you want a relaxing beach with gentle waves, this will be your cup of tea. The wildlife was amazing too. In the water, we saw live Sea Stars, sand dollars, rays, fish, clams, and lots of shells! I thought that it would be hard walking up 4 flights of stairs but there is an elevator in the middle of the building. So moving in and out was really easy as we could park the car right in front of the elevator. But if you wanted to get some exercise, you could walk up the stairs. Being on the 4th floor was great because of the view. I just loved the view!! Every morning I would get up and run along the bike paths, so it was really a healthy and relaxing vacation. We are definitely going back.
