The Little Resort met all our needs and was so much fun. Our entire family enjoyed the stay. The outdoor space can't be beat! The pool was refreshing and it was nice to have a place to dock our boat easily. Lake Martin is gorgeous. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We look forward to returning soon.

Hi Cindy! I just wanted to thank you for a great stay at The Little Resort! This home offered everything we had hoped for in a lake home! Easy access to the water, boat slip, grill, plenty of bedrooms (including a guest house for the teenagers!), great location, beautiful furniture, comfortable bedding, and plenty of parking! We had a blast getting to enjoy our happy place with easy accessibility, so we could get on the water faster! This is the first rental that I would want to stay in again! Will you have us next year?! This place has everything you need for kids and adults. Plenty of extras and very clean. Outdoor area at its finest! Enjoyed our stay tremendously and already booked for 2026 :)

We had a great time. The house was perfect. The lake was amazing. We will definitely be back.

We had an awesome stay and everything was perfect for our long weekend. These two things are just suggestions and nothing that we didn’t work around. In the cottage bathroom we did not see a plug in the bathroom for getting ready. Also in the cottage it would be great if there was a curtain rod/curtains between the sofa and the bed area. This would allow privacy for sleeping and getting ready. Other than that it was awesome.

Very nice house and extremely clean. The outdoor area with pool was ultra nice to have in the hot weather. Somewhere I would definitely stay again in the future.

We stayed at The Little Resort on Mother's Day weekend. This place was the hit of the trip! With 4 grandkids under 5 years old, they never tired of the pool, the separate guest house, the lake and all the space to roam. The main house and the guest house were neat as a pin. Everything worked as it should and this place is built to handle a crowd: plenty of room to BBQ, swim, sit, sunbathe, relax. Cindy Scoggins was so easy to work with, a real professional. We are already talking about coming back next year! If you are looking for a place with lots of room, you won't find a better place on Lake Martin to rent short term than The Little Resort. Thanks!

We stayed here for an Auburn Football weekend in November. The house is great. Very nice and comfortable. The pool, deck, and outside entertainment areas are fantastic! Perfect for a football weekend. The drive to the game wasn't too bad either. Owners were great to work with and really made an effort to make sure everything went well. As we were there in November, we did not get to enjoy the lake, but we definitely want to come back in the summer to get the full experience! If you are looking for a place to bring the family to live the lake life for a bit, you cannot go wrong with this house.
