The Summer House

The Summer House is a privately owned two story, three bedroom and three bath Townhouse, located in the residential section of Navarre Beach, away from the crowds. 

Our townhome is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and eclectic decor throughout. Recently updated with new tile flooring, carpeting, fresh paint and appliances.
The Summer House sleeps 10 within the three bedrooms. The master conveys a king size bed. The same floor has a bedroom that sleeps four with two queen size beds and yet another bedroom on the main level sleeps four with another queen bed and convertible couch that folds out into a full size bed.
Each bedroom has its own full size bathroom en suite.                                                                                                                                                                     

This townhome will comfortably sleep ten people.                                                                                                                                                                                             

All of this is provided with high quality linens and towels to accommodate you and your family.
Drive up to covered parking under the townhome which features a wood deck area with charcoal grill and private outdoor shower to wash the sand off. 

A storage closet in the same area provides sand toys, floats, kiddie pools and beach chairs with umbrella!
Off of the main level bedroom a fully equipped laundry room features a new washer and dryer. Above these appliances is a storage basket which has beach towels provided for you.
Step out onto one of two decks for a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a smaller private deck provided with resin wicker type chairs and a table. This deck can be used for reading or enjoying a cup of coffee with your own private view.
A large deck off of the living room sports a set of patio furniture that features a glass top table and seats six plus comfortably. 

You can access the beach by going through the gate at the top of this deck. The gulf is merely steps away.

The Summer House Townhome is located on the sugar white beach of the Gulf of Mexico.  The aqua blue water is just steps away.

We have renovated our townhome with high end décor and furnishings.  There are two floors and both offer spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, its own flat screen TV with a built in DVD player, as well as an en suite bathroom. 

Another large guest bedroom upstairs features two queen size beds, another flat screen TV also featuring a built in DVD player, and its own full sized bath.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and couch, with mattress, that folds out into a full size bed.

The newly modernized kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances.  It comes with everything you need for meal preparation and your dining pleasure. 

A full size washer and dryer are located on the main floor for your convenience.  On the shelf above these new appliances is a linen basket provided with beach towels for your use.

The spacious living room/dining area includes a contemporary glass topped dining room set that seats eight guests and a bar that will accommodate four more people.

The living room has two large comfortable sofas. An entertainment center and coffee table have games, puzzles, books and movies. 

A flat screen television is provided for those rainy days or quiet evenings after a day on the beach.

Newly painted walls, new modern lighting and ceiling fans throughout complete the open plan concept.

A covered breezeway provides parking that is protected from the elements.  A guest closet is also located here and has everything you need for a day at the beach.  

You’ll find umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for your use.  

After a day on the beach and swimming in the ocean enjoy rinsing off in the private outdoor shower located near the closet under the deck.

All you need to bring is your swimsuit!

This is a non-smoking Townhouse.  To prepare our home for your arrival (after the previous guests have departed) a cleaning service will enter and make sure everything is cleaned and satisfactory for you.  

A charge of $160.00 will be charged per week for this service.  All linens and towels will be cleaned and provided for you (even beach towels).  Less to pack!   

All reservations will be charged a security/damage deposit or travel insurance is available which is detailed for you on another screen.
