Welcome to our brand new condo located at 'The Harbourside at Marker 33's condo #2215'. Situated in the vibrant and bustling heart of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB), this brand new condo is the perfect vacation getaway for you, your family and friends. Sit back, relax and unwind in our new condo that sleeps 8 in two bedrooms. The whole condo has just been freshly painted, with all new furniture and decorations. Check out the condos large balcony with views of the intracoastal waterway or relax on one of the two enormous foot private* balconies with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the intracoastal waterways. These balconies offer the best views of the Sunset! Please note, we do not charge resort fees like some competitors.
Centrally located in IRB, you can walk right out of the condo and choose from the many restaurants, bars and shops in the beautiful little town. We offer 4 free water park passes per day that you stay in our condo, which is a $100 per day value! You can even purchase more passes at a discounted rate if needed. Splash Harbor boasts full sized water park slides, a heated 600ft lazy river, blue lagoon and so much more. There is a full bar on site, as well as fantastic food on offer. You can also access and fish off of the docks located on the property.
If you want to head to the beach, load up the beach cart with the chairs and beach towels we provide and take the short 3-5 minute walk to one of Americas Best Beaches!
The Master bedroom is ensuite and has one new king bed. The room also has a large 55" smart TV and also has views of the intracoastal. The oversized ensuite bathroom has a large shower and is also accessible from the living area.
The second bedroom is also ensuite. This bedroom has two new queen beds and also has a large smart TV. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.
The spacious living area has a sofa bed if you need the extra room. It also has a dining table with 6 seats and two rocking chairs. We have a 55" smart TV in the living room also. The kitchen is well equipped if you fancied cooking one night. There is a washing machine and dryer for your use as well. The condos balcony is accessible from the living room. There is a dining table on the balcony to sit at, relax and enjoy your meals whilst watching the boats on the intracoastal waterways.
